Scam, please stay away from this company.
I ordered fabric from this company and there was hole down both side and not small hole either and it was fraying. I sent an email to the company with the evidence. Then got a call from them where a girl just shouted at me wouldn't let me speak at all said the photos were to big for her computer, even though I took them with my phone, then told me I didn't order it from them.
This company is scamming people please STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Great prices drew me in, and now I'll stay!
I got a phone call from the lady at cheap fabrics letting me know the colours I picked clashed, if I intended to use them together. I've never had an experience with such a thoughtful company! The customer service is excellent! The fabric arrived promptly and the quality is excellent!

Excellent customer service.
My item had seemingly been lost in the post (after Royal Mail had received it) so I flagged to cheapfabrics. Within 24hrs Nicky had called me and left a message, and emailed to let me know she was replacing my order with next day delivery. Really happy with the service and the item is perfect so will definitely use this company in the future!

Great fabric shop for the price especially for beginners
I'm a beginner at sewing and I've bought fabric from here about 3 times now. The delivery has always been very quick and they've never messed up my orders. The fabric I've bought such as the chiffon and satin crepe are a bargain for the price and are pretty good quality. Definitely recommend this shop 10/10

Amazing customer service. A phone call and chat to find an alternative contrasting fabric, which I'm delighted with. The lady that called was so helpful. Brilliant customer service
I recently left a poor review as the fleece I received didn’t match the description on the web site. ( nothing wrong with it except it was much thinner than described). Unfortunately I left the review before contacting the company ( there’s a lesson there!)
As soon as I made contact I had a call from cheap fabrics. The description was a genuine typo / mistake on their website. The attitude, speed of response & willingness to make amends was second to none.
I would highly recommend Cheap Fabrics for their customer service alone.

My first time ordering as doing last mintue back drop lockdown family birthday lovley material just what I wanted cant wait to do it will definitely order from again in future ordered about 2oclock wednesday 17th March 2021 got it Thursday 18th March 2021 at 4pm did pay nxt day delivery as need it for fri was a bit unsure due to lockdown but it did fabulous thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My fabric arrived today. Unfortunately the one I originally ordered wasn't in stock but they were great about offering me alternatives and the quality seems great for the price!

very good customer sevice
I bought some material for my wife and it arrived the with the same colour and emailed a very helpful lady called Nicky who was as said very polite and sorted our problem out in a very short time making me and the wife very happy with outcome the material we had was second to none very good quality and very cheap price , the wife liked the pattern on the cotton material and we had looked at loads of other places even Ebay but there we found was of a better quality and a fraction of the price and in my eyes and my very pleased wife's eyes as well should be more than 5 stars but a sky full of stars from a very pleased customer Charlie and Jerald
