Jim helped me rewrite my resume to fit what type of positions I am looking for. He first went over my resume as it was and then discussed what changes needed to be made. That's what I was looking for!

I purchased a recommended package according to Jim, after I emailed him. I paid for both the products. I schedule my appointment and I had my resume ready and was looking forward to it. The day of the appointment. I was researching on indeed for the work field. I am trying to get into. So, I looked at his website and brought an additional product and it asked me to schedule another appointment. So, I did. I did not know how Jim protocol worked. So, on our schedule appointment I was going to speak to him about it.

This man called me 30-45 minutes before our schedule appointment and it went straight to voicemail and he made a rude assumption that I canceled my appointment. Mine you. I did not have the best of service because I was driving at this time. He then proceeded to text me to use another resume service. I was confused like is this some type of joke?

I tried to contact Jim and he blocked me on all emails, texts and phone calls for an assumption? 😂 Crazy , right? Idk what type of experience this man has had with others. Or if he is having personal issues on that day. But, leave your personal issues at the door. Please do better and get a customer service team. Because, you’re not it!!! But, for you to make an assumption and than block me not knowing what is going on is unprofessional and rude. How do you call yourself a professional company and you’re lacking the basic needs of customer service skills? Please do better. To think my friend who works at a community college in the career service department was going to use him for their students for resume services. I immediately call him and told him, the situation and let’s just say he lost big time. No reply of yours Jim will help. Just leave this one alone. You dropped the ball. Do Better.
