absolutely dreadful customer service! i have never been spoken more poorly than i have. by these people my flight times and accommodation were not up to standard at all and i was refused a refund or any sort of compensation for the discomfort i endured WILL NEVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
