Cheap flights with customer service
Martin Johnson helped me out with booking my flights. Overall, it ended up being a good deal. Just over $1k per passenger for direct flight to Tokyo. It was a little hard going back and forth on the phones but the customer service was good.

The positive reviews are clearly fake
I came here before I booked and scanned all of the positive reviews and was satisfied. Then I booked, they called me and told me the two flights I booked were more expensive now and I had to pay the difference or cancel. I cancelled them, booked new flights at the original price, and came back here.
If you read the reviews, they all follow a basic pattern, it's clear that they're written by a bot or AI, and none of them are verified. Trustpilot should make it more difficult to leave reviews if they want to be taken seriously.
I'm guessing how the company works is they book the flight but keep it in a pending state hoping that the price will lower. If it does, they take the price difference as profit, if it increases, they call you and tell you it increased and you have to pay the difference.
This is extremely unethical and wastes people's time, avoid this company.

Great Experience
I dealt with travel consultant Scionn White, great guy. Spent hours with me on the phone to not just give me the best price but also made my booking journey so easy. I had a bad cough but Scionn was so patient throughout the call, listened to me carefully and answered all my questions. I now have my tickets and everything looks great. Will definitely book through them again and recommend to friends too.

DO NOT BUT. This is SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
Once you purchase the ticket, they contact you about the increase in the price by the airline and they ask for more money. I paid $2,081 for 3 tickets, then they told me that the airline was not able to confirm at this price and the airline has asked for $2,480 to confirm my ticket! Which is total BS and the airline price is still the same. DO NOT BUT FROM Cheapoflyt. SCAM ALERT!!!!

Bait and Switch
Their website offers misleading lower price
Their website offered lower price, after booking and receiving email confirmation they send you a message to call them. Then they tell you that prices have gone up. Horrible Bait and Switch strategy. I can book the ticket cheaper going directly to the airline website. STAY AWAY from them!
I also reported them to the FTC for their fraudulent behavior.
This is the case number they are asking me for. COFUS5751330
My gut feels tells me that they will say that pricing is not final until the ticket is issued. When I buy through a credible site, the ticket gets issued within minutes and reading other reviews, this seems to be a common practice for them to Bait and Switch!
