It’s risky to buy ticket with them if you have business meeting like me ,
I bought ticket Casablanca Istanbul
Me and my son 8h before depart
They debit my card and take money immediately. Without confirmation message from bank directly debit .
They didn’t sent any email of confirmation
I contact support customers they said ticket airline tick time few minute they send booking number by email only booking number from them not from airline
3h30 before depart when I’m in they way to airport far at 150km from me they send again email but this time cancel booking
When I contact again support they said you didn’t confirm by email exact amount we take from your credit card by email for confirmation.
With knowledge. When I contact support they didn’t ask .
In the last they said sorry we send back your payment in 5 working days .
Hope I will get in 5 days and not take long time. .
I will let you know how many days money back .

Unfortunately, we did not receive a response within the required timeframe. As the verification step was not completed and your travel time was approaching, we were left with no option but to cancel the booking. This measure is in place to protect both our customers and our platform from potential unauthorized transactions.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Please note that the refund has already been processed and should now be reflected in your account.

Initial call please speak slowly
Calling back was fine. Adam answered all my questions and waited for me to get him the answers as my internet connection was slow.
The only problem I had was with the initial caller, not Adam, that spoke too fast while leaving a message. Could not understand her. If she slowed down and repeated the number twice would have been helpful.
