Simply outstanding. I was trying to make a booking via a price comparison site (possibly kayak). I was directed to the cheap tickets website. There was an issue that meant that I couldn't book via the website. Got in contact with cheap tickets. They resolved the problem, made the booking over the phone, got my hand luggage included in the deal for no extra charge and we are on the way to Canada. I was most pleased with the agents at cheap tickets' helpfulness, reassurances, and attentiveness to all of my requests. They even changed the flight departure time to a more suitable time at no extra cost. These people were outstanding. Will definitely use them again when I am going to North America.

Not always, but sometimes you can find really cheap tickets on this website. I was suspicious as I haven't heard it before and the ticket price was dramatically cheaper; but I felt brave and pulled the trigger. I had no issued, tickets arrived in 24 hours and their customer service (I spoke with Eric) was very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a flight originally scheduled for 11:55 PM, but the airline canceled and rescheduled it for 7:00 AM. I needed to be in Ottawa by 9:30 AM for an important appointment, so I called CheapTicketsDeal. Zoe, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and quickly assisted me with rescheduling without any refund issues.
Later, when I arrived at the airport, I was told I couldn’t check in due to a pending payment. I called back, and this time I spoke with Bella. Despite the flight being less than an hour away, she reassured me that she would do her best to get me on board and she did! She even helped me complete the check-in process. I’m so thankful to Bella because I had already lost hope of getting on that flight, but she made it possible. Bella you rock!
I truly appreciate the support and professionalism of both Zoe and Bella. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
