I’ve been using CheapWindowsVPS.com for over 3 years now, and they’ve been consistently reliable from day one. Setup was quick, performance has been solid, and I’ve had very few issues over the entire time I’ve been a customer.

What really stands out is the value. You’re getting a stable Windows VPS environment at a price point that’s hard to beat, without sacrificing uptime or speed. I’ve run multiple workloads on their servers and haven’t had any major slowdowns or unexpected downtime.

Support has also been responsive whenever I’ve needed them. Nothing overly fancy, but they get the job done efficiently, which is what matters.

Overall, it’s been an A+ experience. If you’re looking for a dependable, cost-effective Windows VPS provider, they’re absolutely worth considering.

I've used Cheap Windows VPS on and off for the last 7 or 8 years for my virtual desktop (VPN and persistent desktop to make accessing certain secured systems easier when traveling, etc). Service has been generally good and the help desk appears to be staffed 24/7 if you need anything. I've upgraded my storage and memory and the process was quick both times. I have had no problems and recommend Cheap Windows VPS.

This company operates under multiple domain names and my experience has been terrible.

They suspended my Windows VPS claiming it was sending spam, which makes no sense. There is no mail server installed on the machine, so it’s not even capable of sending email like that. I kept asking them for proof or logs and they never provided anything.

Eventually they admitted the issue was lifted on their end, but they still haven’t restored my server. So now my data and backups are basically being held hostage with no real explanation.

From what I’ve seen, the abuse claim clearly wasn’t properly verified. It honestly feels like they throw out these claims without checking, and customers are the ones who get screwed.

Also makes me question whether this is even a true VPS or if it’s some kind of shared setup where other issues get blamed on you.

Support has been useless through all of this.

Stay away from vpshostingservice.co, cheapwindowsvps.com, and serverhost.com.

I got 6 VPS 1GB plan, every couple days they started to suspend my servers because the was doing "attacks" to other IPs. I have wiped all servers and installed SSH key auth method, but anyway they have suspended 2 my servers. Absolutely terrible service, late ticket response, just a waste of money. Servers slowest what I have ever seen in my 6 years experience.

Despite advertising 1 Gbps and “high performance,” every VPS I’ve tried was hard-throttled to 10 Mbps and had severely limited CPU. Support is outsourced, unhelpful, and just gives generic responses. Even after VM migrations and tickets, nothing improved (in fact, their base template is hard throttled to 10 Mbps and CPU capped, so even if you ask to migrate to another node, the same thing will happen)

I have been a loyal customer of this company for over three years, but my recent experience has been beyond disappointing. Due to their poor handling of a server migration, my eCommerce website was down for over two days, resulting in significant financial losses.

The communication during this downtime was slow and unhelpful, and their sense of urgency to resolve the issue was severely lacking. As a business owner, I rely on reliable and professional hosting services—unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both. If you care about the stability and uptime of your website or online business, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, such as DigitalOcean or other reliable providers.

Avoid this service if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Horrible service Machine was completely unusable after loading one program. could not connect to the host all without rebooting it. contact support they could not fix it. kept getting out of memory errors tried to get my to upgrade my plan at nearly double the price will not refund me even tho the host is 2 days old on 3 month sub. scam company avoid at all costs!

Poor service. they wont even fix your issues once you contact them. In spite of complaining multiple times about the slowness, they wont respond and they wont refund and they reply harshly.

DO NOT EVEN OPT FOR THEIR SERVICE.

Holy crap this is bad. If you checked the reviews before making a purchase you're smarter than I was. Stay away at all costs, the level of incompetence at every level is nothing short of incredible.

This company is an absolute disgrace to quality VPS hosting.

The support team knows next to nothing and refuses to help with anything

They have BS refund policies that can be found in the ToS claiming that if you cancel after 72 hours you cannot get a refund, I even had one of the tech support agents offer me 90% refund with a 10% admin fee that is nowhere to be found in the ToS. The next time he offered me 50% refund and after I questioned him he said I'm not eligible.

The hosting quality is poor and laggy and they reduce your overall bandwidth to make it seem like a broken host.

Absolute scam, I do not recommend them.

Worst service ever. You get what you pay for, my VPS is down for almost 24h now and all their support is saying is that it's 'under maintenance'. What a joke!

I purchased a Windows KVM 4GB server from this company a couple of months back, after being referred to their website from another review site.

The pricing was excellent and even got a discount code, which made it even cheaper.

For the first month or so, the server has been sitting idle. Most I've done on it was build 1 electron app, and set up a build environment. No issues with the service so far. Fast forward to a week back, when this server actually started doing work.

11 June, 2022, I get a notification from my Uptime monitoring system that the server has gone down. Confirm, the server is down. The server remained offline until today, 21 June 2022. Can't manage the server, clientarea times out half of the times.

On Friday 17 June 2022 I finally open a support ticket.... Get told that there is maintenance on the node my VPS is on... No communication about planned maintenance, nothing indicated on their site... Just radio silence.

I understand things break down and need maintaining, BUT A FULL F***ING WEEK???

Don't waste your time and money. Just pay more and get something decent

This is scam i had 3 VPS Windows with locations in USA, they was slow but OKAY for price, i bought ASIA VPS = 18$ and they never send to me.

Do NOT buy from CheapWindowsVPS. They'll log in on your VPS while you are using it (without asking permission!) and it is absolutely UNRELIABLE. Their VPS shut down 3 times in a short span. Pay MORE, get a BETTER VPS provider.
