SCAM COMPANY - I received a very professional looking letter in the post Today and as someone who did have a car on finance, I genuinely believed this was legit!!! I pride myself on being pretty intelligent when it comes to recognising a clear scam due to my line of work so this is actually quite scary that a company can operate in this manner.

I did scan the QR code and inputted my details; name, number, address & email address (nothing they probably don’t already have) but BE CAREFUL because I now have no idea what they are going to do with this data. AVOID AVOID AVOID & report this company where you can.

Scam! And I’m mad at why they will send a letter to my home address.

They fraudulently signed a document on my behalf when I have never even spoken to them! They employed another company to work for me and said I'd told them too! They took my personal details and forged them onto a contract!! Bloody scammed! Fraud squad have been notified and thet are investigating them! SCAM!!!!!

Much like others writing their reviews. I don't drive and never have driven. Never had a licence but apparently due compensation for car finance... Bin it.

Absolute scam, I have never had car finance and received a letter today from them.

As many others say, this is a SCAM, I've also had the Car Finance letter, but not had car finance. In the bin it goes!

Scam got a letter claiming they think I am entitled to compensation, never owned a car

I was sent a letter today from check finance saying about finance I had on my car. Saying that there records show I had in the past taken out Car finance Agreement. I can't drive. I have never had a car in my life. So this is a scam.

Letter received today telling me their records show I'm due compensation. I've never had car finance.
Letter now in the bin.

Stupidly entered my details. Things have been pretty bad lately and I stupidly sent my details away. Panicking now and don’t know what to do.

They can Inprove by not sending letters to my daughter who has NEVER had a car.

The whole thing is a scam. They sent my DISABLED sister with no license a letter saying she's eligible for compensation on a car finance she took out. Ignore the letters

Got a letter this morning but I paid for my car upfront. I guess I ain't getting rich from this then. Waste of white paper, just think about all the trees..Nice try.

I received a letter from this company saying I may be eligible for compensation on a car finance agreement. I've always paid in full on purchasing any car. On investigation they are linked to or part of Claim Simple Limited (check their website).

Received a letter about compensation. I'm happy i checked trustpilot first. All the signs are on the letter, that highlights, that it's fake.

Thank you so much everyone I was just about to call them I thought this was legit especially since I got a letter from them. Honestly every call every txt every letter from anywhere is all a big worry.

This seemed legit, right up to the point where it asked for ID to be uploaded. We knew right then it wasn't right and blocked the site.

Scammers, never had car finance but they say i do, glad I know i have NEVER HAD FINANCE of ANY kind
