Strongly recommend this company. The wardrobe I ordered was exactly as described and with great value for money. The delivery was quick and the driver very polite. Definitely I'll look at buying there again.

Not so hard to assemble but good quality

My experience with Checo was amazing . The customer service was great, they delivered my wardrobe on time. The delivery driver was really kind and helpful. The quality of the wardrobe is excellent, will buy from the company again.

After ordering, the delivery date was changed - due to the place of delivery was a 'new build' and does not show on a map yet! The seller kept me well informed. They were very polite and apologetic - even though it was not their fault! Delivery driver lovely too, insisted on opening package to check nothing was broken!

I ordered a wardrobe, but needed to cancel the order a couple of days later. I contacted Checo Ltd and they immediately cancelled the order and refunded me my money.
I will certainly look to use this company in the future, great customer service.

When the gazebo was delivered, there was one poor man who had to dismantle a massive crate as there was no equipment to deliver it safely.

One third of the wood was split and made it very difficult to build. The wood had lots of knots in it making it impossible for some of the screws to work.

The instructions were very clear and each bag of screws had key codes so you knew what to use each step.

Bought a 4m x 4m gazebo 2 years ago which is absolutely beautiful.

Our builder did a terrible job with the roof shingles (he was cheap!!) And unfortunately some of them came off last year.

I contacted Checo via sms and they were super helpful! Arranged for new tiles to come next day.

Would not hesitate to order from them again!

I am surprised by the negative feedback about this company that I'm seeing here, my experience with Checo was nothing but delightful. I bought a children's bed and I have no complaints, the delivery was smooth, the bed itself is top quality and I also contacted their customer sevice with some questions and they were really helpful. I can absolutely recommend them. 5 stars!

Paid nearly £700 for one of their bunks beds which to be fair looked gorgeous and modern but started breaking piece by piece almost immediately, started with the stairs then the bottom bunk then the under bed storage, then more stairs, it's just ridiculous they've clearly used the weakest and cheapest wood around to make these awful quality beds. 100% would never recommend, nor purchase from them again. Having to buy a whole new bed after less than a year because it keeps constantly breaking we fix one thing another thing breaks. Useless.

Scam website! Do not trust.

I am still chasing a refund from Checo ltd for £349.99 for faulty wardrobes ordered on 22nd July. It is disgusting that a company like this are still trading and have no conscience of customers hard earned money.
