Brilliant items and extremely helpful…
Brilliant items and extremely helpful staff. My delivery arrived late (not their fault ) but staff responded quickly to my emails and were very apologetic ! Great service will and have already used them again !

My go to site for fabulously funny cards, and occasional mugs. Excellent prices, free and prompt delivery. I love the humour. Definitely recommend.

Costumer service Not very helpful if parcel does not arrive
Started of ok then 1 delivery didn't turn up they was not helpfull at all really just tried getting me to do the leg work to find out what has happened to it, I asked for a refund as the cards were needed for a birthday and hadn't turned up they said no because it shows that they have arrived, I even ordered a card that wasn't even needed for ages just to show them I am still willing to use the company (if the issue got rectified) and also as a tester to see if it turns up unlike the last order, no refund is offered and left to feel let down......We in no way want to upset you, customer service is a huge thing for us as a small company and we will do everything we can to sort this out..... They say this but expect you to do all the leg work and just palm you off I have all the Emails to proof my side and some are a little unprofessional as a company. WON'T BE USING THESE AGAIN LESSON LEARNT MONEY LOST. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO HELP. IF YOU USE THESE THEN BE READY FOR NO HELP IF AN ISSUE ARRIVES.
