I had very good experience in booking tickets with cheers travels , though air India gave us a hard time with changing schedules every now and then ,cheers travel responded promptly , supported us well , I am still to board in to flights so far cheers did well. Clicked for the best price, then propcessed the ticket only to be told that the flight was no longer avaialble. Advised to ring to confirm booking and then told price raised. They sent through the link and I would have been better off directly with Air NZ.
