After many unsuccesful attempets to contact our original airline we had to book a new flight. We made a booking using Cheerstravel but it was declined. Cheerstravel then themselef immediatley contacted us! This was unseen for us and a very welcome change of things. We were helped by a very patient, kind and helpfull person named Becky. She came up with multiple flights and sugested them to us. Only when we were satisfied she procced with the booking and made the best possible arrangement for us. Even when there were some problems with the payment she remaind calm and friendly and was more than willing to find a sollution. Overal it was a fantastic example of who a customer service should be. She made it possible for us to have a flight home! This all during the current difficult international situation (US-Iran).

Roxanne was hugely helpful
Roxanne was hugely helpful, and gave generously of her time in securing travel arrangements at a difficult time where I needed to secure urgent travel, and while flights were limited due to international incidents impacting airspace. Roxanne was efficient, professional and communicated excellently, answering all my questions and explaining the process thoroughly. Highly recommended.
