Amazing service and delivery! Products are carefully packaged with freezer packs that arrived still fully frozen and the cheeses were nice and cold. They are delicious and I'm looking forward to serving them for the holidays.

Did not expect 40 pieces if cheese dumped in a plastic garbage bag. No platter for the arrangements. Some vague directions. As a single man, i was looking for a complete setup so i could just give it to the people intended. This is my last purchase here. Thank you

For what is worth we clearly stipulate we are not shipping cheeseboard or gif basket on each of our kit offering: Please note: This is a collection of gourmet cheeses carefully selected to be presented together on a cheese board; however, it is not delivered in a gift box nor with a cheese board or basket.
We have carefully selected each component of the shipping box to be recyclable and sustainable - yet we do not have any garbage bag in our repertoire.
We do offer solutions, with full video on how to present, but you chose other options.
We are sorry to see you go - food is meant to bring joy, and create memories. We still do hope you will have an epic holiday season and if you have any suggestion to make our information more visible, we are always happy to create better experience. With much warmth - Sebastien

great selection for special occasion cheeses
Wow, the selection of cheeses and accoutrements is outstanding! Took advantage of a Black Friday deal and I felt like I got a LOT for my money. Can't find Caprice des Dieux anywhere else! Shipping was quick.

Shipping issues. Site said you ship on Monday and Wednesday. Ordered early Wednesday before Thanksgiving hoping it would get to destination by Saturday. Received notice that it was shipped on Monday 11/29 but no tracking number. Emailed 2-3 times, finally got reply that it would be shipped on Monday 12/5 with tracking number.

To bring some further explanations to your comments, we do not necessarily ship the very same day, and with the peak of orders for Thanksgiving, by placing an order on the day prior Thanksgiving at noon - was impossible for us to ship. Additionally - we could not ship Wednesday because FedEx stop their activity for Thanksgiving and therefore prolong the transit time with the risk to get your perishable products in less than optimal conditions. None of our packages are delivered on Saturday. Where I completely feel for you and truly understand your disappointment is linked to the extra delay. As explained in my previous email, you order was prepared to go out on 11/29 but with a shift of workers, it was left on the side accidentally because it was marked as "shipped". This is the first time this happens to us, and we own the mistake and have put plan in places so this does not happen again. Finally, we are also hurt by the lack of labor and response time to emails can sometimes be sporadic, combined with Holidays, sickness and so forth - we can only ask for a bit of indulgence. This Cheese Lover Shop is really cool. The packaging and shipping was awesome and kept everything nice and cold in transit. I would go to 5 stars if: a. I didn't get 3 of the same cheese (even though it is an amazing cheese), and b. If I could specify a preference to be cow cheese only (my spouse won't eat sheep or goat milk cheeses).

When selecting a kit - a full description is available on the dedicated page of the kit, so you are aware of what you will get. I will put a note to the team about the kit you bought and slightly change it to avoid the cheese doubling.
TIP: on the website, in the "shop all section" there is an option on the left of the screen (desktop) to choose milk type preference specifically. This allows you to pre-select only the cheeses you want to see without having to look at every single items and assess what's what.
