This company is piece of crap. I order 4 pairs of shoes and have not received anything, they never replied to my emails and no # to speak to anyone. I am sad that amazon sells their crap. .

Fool me once.

I ordered two pair of shoes and still haven't received them. Looks like I got scammed.

I did look up the reviews prior to the purchase and they were all excellent. So now, you can’t even trust those! Am done with buying anything from China period!!! Should have trusted my gut. Never heard anything from them after purchasing 2 pairs of shoes for $65. And, of course, never received anything! I just don’t understand why the Chinese people have to be so crooked!

Just like everyone else said, I ordered and got scammed. Never sent tracking info or anything and continued to claim it was “on the way” for over 6 weeks! Now in dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

I ordered $139.92 worth of fake merchandise and I never ever received the fake merchandise. I told my credit card company and they give me my credit back then they told my credit card company she needs to send the fake merchandise back and then my credit card company give them the credit back because they stated that I received my fake merchandise. I am now fighting with my credit card company to let them know I didn't receive anything so how I am going to send it back. Now they are defaulting the credit card companies telling them that the customers need to send the merchandise back which they know that they didn't not even since them the fake merchandise. Please don't order from these crooks........liars be aware when there is not a phone number or a customer service line to call you will be in a rule of trouble.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. a dress and a pair of pants, the total cost $134.40, July 22,2020. I haven't received anything yet!!! Tried contacting the company and the phone number wouldn't go thru!!
PLEASE DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I need to know where is the hell is my dam air max i order i paid 40.75 and i never received my dam shoes from them yet and i am really starting to get aguvated off about my money and my shoes

DO NOT order anything from this company. They will tell you that you will receive a tracking number in the future which will never happen. I have waited over 30 days for my item $279.00 worth. I have emailed them probably 20-25 times. They say it is a problem with Customs and cannot provide any proof they ever shipped the item. DO NOT get suckered like I did.

I wish I could put a big fat 0 for this review but the stars don’t allow it. I purchased in July of 2020 anc like all the other reviews I wished that I had read them first, now I’m almost certain I won’t get my things. I will be reporting them to the BBB and please steer clear of this company. It’s a shame this is allowed. I have no tracking number thought it was strange no history other than my own bank statement and I can’t even find them to ask about my order, avoid this site like the bubonic plague!

This place has not sent me anything in a month my shoes or email poor customer service how can I talk to someone!!!!!

This is the same email that I get each time I inquire about my purchase since 5/15: Hello! We see your logistics information indicating that your package is still in transit. You can call your local post office and provide them with your logistics number to inquire about the status of your package. Sometimes the flow of packages is too large, and their warehouse may be overstocked. Or if you give us another week, your logistics information will be updated in about a week.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Shame shame shame! All the reviews speaks out loud. Don't order from this bogus company. If I could rate a no star at all it would be a zero. Every review I've read and you've read is absolutely true. Took my money and no email confirmation nor a tracking number. I urge every one DO NOT order from this company called Chelly Sun. Some one from the company or they paid some one to rate them with an excellent.. really!

I'm pissed that I did not read the reviews about this bogus ass company. All the freaking money that you people is scamming from folk. Don't you know that we work hard for our money. We try to support you donkkeyholes by buying crap that we don't receive are the product is poorly made. This is some 💩, Send me my damn money and everyone needs to report y'all ass to Facebook for ripping people off. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE jerks......almost 3 month and I have not heard a sound from these idiot's.

This place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them! You will most likely not receive your merchandise nor will you receive a reply from them or a refund from them. I am going to share my experience all over social media.

Never order from this company! I wish I had read the reviews. The shirt I ordered is crap and I can't return or get a refund. They shouldn't be in business!

1 Star!! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and the product was terrible. I asked how I can go about a refund and they gave me an address to ship to but I had to pay shipping. I did so and now they have receive my product and are refusing to send me a refund so not only did they make money on me paying for the product now they will make double and have someone else dissapointed. Now I am out $160 rather than $110. Thanks a lot ChellySun. Crappy company.

Well... I ordered shoes from this company a few days ago. I never received a confirmation email but the funds have been taken out of my bank account. I decided to look up reviews on this company (should have done that first) and they are very poor! With that being said, if I get my shoes within the next 5 days I will change my rating on this and if not it will stay as a 1 star review. From what I see more stars are needed. Your choice.

I’m so mad that i bought from this company. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life by an online company. The day i ordered my package, i never received an email giving me tracking info. I emailed 5 different times to support requesting a tracking number. I finally had to leave a bad review to get somebody to reach out! I got the tracking number 3 weeks after i ordered the shoes. Great! My sister sees a picture of the shoes and also wants me to order her a pair, so i do! Same situation, no tracking info.
I receive the shoes for myself a month after i order them, (fine whatever), the second i take them out of the package, the buckle catches on the plastic and breaks in half! I email support immediately and ask how to send them back and get a full refund for the BROKEN shoes, (not the ones that hadn’t arrived yet for my sister). I was told that i could get a review as long as i provided pictures of the product. So i send 4 pictures. I get an apology email and they tell me that i have to eat the cost of the shipping to return the item? no. I refuse. I tell them that. They start giving me twists and turns in the conversation about what they could do, coupons and all that stuff. No i want a refund and i don’t even wanna keep the shoes! I then change the subject to the tracking of my second package, and i add in another question about when i can receive my refund! They would NOT answer my question! Finally i sent a demanding email concerning the fact that they avoided my attempts to get the refund for only the broken pair! I get a response... “no you will not receive a refund”..... IS THIS A JOKE. Not only do i feel extremely UN taken care of, they don’t even ATTEMPT to make it right with me?! I do not recommend buying from this company, not only do they poorly make there merchandise, but they have the WORST customer service I’ve had to deal with in a long time!
•i have never written bad reviews in my life. I worked in customer service for a long time and i know how it feels to be crapped on by customers. But you can ALWAYS tell when a company actually cares about there customers and this one does NOT.
