Chelsea Coachworks is a small specialist garage and I have had nothing but great experiences with them (3x). They are kind, honest, flexible (works well with insurance), and really know their stuff when it comes to repairs, maintenance, painting, wraps and anything else car related.

I have used Chelsea coach works for a numerous amount of times. Everything is explained in detail and there time keeping is on point, the quality of workmanship is exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone needing anything done to tgere vehicle.

I’ve been using this bodyshop for years for any bodywork repairs. The turnaround time is very quick although they’re not the cheapest the quality of workmanship is first class. I highly recommend Chelseacoachworks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had my wheels refurbish by Chelsea Coach works Twice One in June and then again in October .
Every time the paint was coming off .
Although the works that were carried out in October was again defective the management told me it was because of stone !! ( Really at the road level !! tell me something I don't know !! ) Therefore the damage was not due to their POOR workmanship but because of outside impact !!
The strange thing is they did do the extra work and did not mentioned any of the above reasons for the damages in the first place .
To sum up they are unprofessional and dishonest . STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY .

I am sure they will try to respond and explain it is not their fault if stone chips damages their work !!
But I have had wheels refurbish with JOE MACARI and NEVER , EVER had an issue with them .

Once I arrived at the garage the staff were very welcoming and went through all of my requirements with complete professionalism. They advised me on changes which ended up being spot on! The communication was great and the finished product was beyond my expectations! 100% recommend anyone that is looking to do some customized work on their car to go here. Great help and amazing quality!

Exceptional service and very professional, Mr Lyming Was who I dealt with , extremely polite and very informative and very helpful.
On recommendation I contacted Chelseacoachworks and had bodywork repairs done on the front bumper of my Golf TSI after a driver reversed into it ,
I myself would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work on there vehicle.
They worked to a tight deadline , The work done on my car is Brilliant , it looks Brand new , no one could tell a car had reversed into my car !!!!

Chelsea Coachworks were a joy to work with, excellent and reliable communications, had the car ready when i asked for it to be ready, work to a high standard and would 100% use them again and recommend them strongly.

Really nice guys and a good price for the work, but after I’d paid and left, I inspected the work closely and found they over buffed the car and had taken paint work off the edge of the doors and really messed up the paintwork on the bonnet. They said it was from bird dropping, but the way it’s damaged, it couldn’t be. I feel a bit conned.

In response, I rescheduled once. The alloys you were initially instructed to recondition look great from a far, but upon close inspection they had cracking paint. I only realised this after hand washing them. The whole point of the panel reconditioning is to remove minor marks. Birds do not poo on the edge of doors, nor are doors damaged in this way when in car parks etc. I’m convinced this is due to over buffing (stated as a possibility on the internet) maybe I was a bit harsh say I felt conned. I take that back and I’ll change it to disappointed in the finish quality.

I have used Chelseacoachworks on 2 occasions. Both times the work and service has been impeccable.

I dealt with Lyming and his team to spray and fit a genuine Oettinger spoiler onto my golf R. The team is super friendly, everyone I met said hi. The guys have done a fantastic job, the colour match is perfect as far as my eyes can tell. The spoiler has been fitted to my satisfaction. The worksmanship is good, the customer service is good and the price is fair. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I recently got my first "proper" car and spoke to a few people asking who to take it to in the West / South West London area and these guys were number one.
Prices are fair and the experience these guys have with high end vehicles is second to none. If you want a holistic car service (ie. detailing, wraps, security systems, alloy repair, etc) which is in fairly central London then I would definitely recommend.
