KEEP AWAY — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Finally, all 5 of my radiators have arrived — but what should have been a simple order turned into weeks of stress, wasted time and lost money.
I placed my order on 18th July. I normally use reputable companies, but on this occasion my customer wanted to save some money, so I decided to give this company a try. I genuinely regret that decision.
The radiators were delivered in separate shipments: first 2, then another 2, and finally the last one. The company never clearly told me how many radiators would be delivered each time. If I had known they were going to arrive separately, I would have refused the deliveries and asked them to keep everything until the full order was ready.
Every time I was told a delivery was coming, I had to take a day off work to be available. In total, I lost 4 working days because of this company.
The worst part was the third delivery. I took another day off, only to find out that the delivery was not coming because their container had not arrived. This is completely unacceptable. A company should know whether the goods are actually available before arranging a delivery and expecting customers to take time off work.
I was extremely lucky that my customer was understanding and allowed me to continue with the job. Another customer could easily have cancelled the job, which would have caused me even more financial loss.
I have also read some of the replies this company has posted to other reviews on Trustpilot, and based on my own experience, I would not rely on those responses. My experience has been completely different.
My advice to anyone considering using this company is simple: KEEP AWAY.
Saving a little money is not worth the stress, wasted time, missed work and uncertainty. If a company cannot properly manage its stock and deliveries, customers and tradespeople are the ones who suffer.
I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I am also taking this matter further regarding the time and money I have lost as a result of their poor service.

Lovely radiators. Good delivery. The only negative I have is that the bolts were silver and would have benefited from anthracite coloured caps. But as said the radiators are statements within the rooms.
