Der Adapter am Schlauch ist defekt. Das ganze Mittel trat aus und versaute alles. Mails werden ignoriert.

Der Füllschlauch war defekt. Das Kältemittel trat aus. Geld für nichts ausgegeben. Auf meine Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Finger weg.

Defective products were delivered, and no replacement was provided after delivery. The order was paid for in full, yet the seller showed no goodwill or willingness to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this company.

Did not refund money and ignores mail, do not buy from this site. Bought refrigerant which has been returned for more than a month with confirmed tracking number and they ignore all attempts to refund the money. Stay clear of this company, will have to go through my bank now to hopefully recover the money. Scammers.

Ho ordinato la ricarica 3in1 completa di manometro a luglio mi è arrivata senza manometro.dopo decine di email e siamo a novembre ho dovuto ricompralo altrove azienda poco seria.

On the 25/07 I sent them this message via Email and on the order page and as of the 30/08 I have had no reply.

''Dear Sirs, On monday the 22/07 i received my order and today I tried to use the GAS to refill a car, the pressure gauge tube is not capable of breaking the seal on the gas bottles, I have tried with a small screwdriver and it goes in and out but the small inlet at the top is to small, such a small amount of gas comes out that it will not charge the car past 25 psi.

I have tried both gas bottles and it will not work with two pressure valves I have (1 is from Easyklima) and you can just hear a small amount of gas being released, I dont want to try with the 3 in 1 bottle I bought just in case it does the same.

Im used to working with products from EasyKlima and have never had this problem.
How can you help''

It’s not trustworthy. I ordered one set of r134a ac refrigerant with a valve and manomete, they canceled my order and never refunded my money.

He comprado una botella con el cable y al conectar no salía para cargar. Como dice otro comentario al intentar abrir el augero se ha perdido la botella. Un desastre, deberían arreglar esto.

Ottima azienda e seria. La prima volta che ordino da loro. Ordino il kit di ricarica clima. L’articolo mi arriva difettoso. Contatto tramite email l’azienda e mi rispondono subito, dicendo che mi avrebbero rinviato nuovamente tutto il kit. Neanche una settimana dopo mi arriva il kit nuovo. Questa volta funzionante e adesso ho l’aria condizionata a un prezzo davvero conveniente. Grazie Chemical tiger

Esperienza da non ripetere.
Al momento della acquisto (set di tre articoli),oltre alla spedizione vengono sommati ulteriori 8 euro circa.
Il kit arriva incompleto per cui non utilizzabile, prezzo (38,10).
L assistenza telefonica parla in polacco e via e mail solo inglese.
Dopo alcuni botta e risposta sostengono insustentemente che quel kit non comprendeva il pezzo mancante e,che riporta invece il link,per il quale ho pagato la differenza.
Del modulo per il reso neanche l ombra....

I ordered one set of r134a ac refrigerant with a valve and manometer. At first it didnt seem to work. I emailed to Chemicaltiger and got a replay that a new can had been sent.

Upon further investigation I found out that the valve wasnt able to completely penetrate the can's opening. It would open if I pushed a small flat head in it and close when pulled out. To fix this I flattened the needle with a dremel and cut the rubber o-ring in halve to make it thinner. This way the needle would go deeper into the bottle and be able to release refrigerant while inside the can.

After this it worked like a charm. My ac turns on, without having to bypass my relais, again and the air coming out is now at 13 degrees C.

All in all quite pleased with Chemicaltiger. They provided me with a product that didnt work properly, but solved it without question asked. I had to MacGyver it a bit but the product did work after all. Would definitely order from them again.
