Chemist Warehouse Avis 115

I was charged for a click and collect order that was cancelled shortly after placing it by Chemist Warehouse and I never received a refund. I won't be using that system again.

Unfortunately had to go here for a prescription over a weekend as our local chemist was closed. What a waste of space! Totally useless. Spent 10 days trying to collect but every time met with an excuse as to why the items couldn't be collected. Customer service non-existant, never answer the phone.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought JPG LeMale 100ml and it barely has a scent and doesn't last 2 hours. I think its fake and I'm very disappointed 😞

Purchased a lipstick that had been opened. Didn’t notice unfortunately, however neither did the checkout attendant. This isn’t the issue though. When I returned it, I spoken to like a child by the female manager. Very poor, unprofessional behaviour. I will not return to this store

I've used this store since it opened - so about ten years.
Initially it was great, however in the last two years it is honestly very busy and quite hopeless. I guess you get what you pay for. For someone without a concession card - honestly if you're going to pay full price for a PBS script it's now only ever going to be $25. I just waited30+ minutes for a full-priced script only to be told there was an issue. The person in front was told his script wouldn't be in stock until tomorrow - he'd waited a similar time. All respect and courtesy - including for people's time has dissipated. I'll only be using if it saves me dosh.

Chemist Warehouse -Miranda - INCORRECT SHELF PRICING/LABELLING - ***CHECK THE PRICES****
Picked up x2 packets of Natures Way 60x effervescent tablet, x1Magnesium + Booster + x1 Energy (vitamin B).

The yellow ticket on the shelf stated $14.99 - reduced by $15.00 a good value buy, EXCEPT at the check-out told $23.00 each.
Manager called a black-haired young fellow was called, to check the shelf price. he did, agreed its showed $14.99 for Nature's Way magnesium 60 tablet packets. BUT HE SAID "THATS WRONG" AND SCREWED UP THE TICKET and said the price in the system is right. He was not interested in standing by the marked price, all be I've been a customer for 20 years!! so chose to not purchase - will buy online!

I would rate lower if I could. Chemist Warehouse have been advertising an item over that last week that is 50% off. I had two failed attempts at Click and Collect from stores that showed they had stock, both orders were accepted, took payment, cancelled, no reason given, and then refunded.
Very odd. Seeing the item was still marked as in stock at a nearby store I drove there, showed the, the item marked as in stock, but they stated they had none in stock.
Today the item listed on their online store, thinking perhaps the warehouse might hold stock I ordered again, and the same thing happened, order accepted, payment taken then cancelled , again no reason given.
What sort of useless stock management process do they have, I won’t ever bother shopping with them again. As I found out, low prices are clearly just misleading. The only thing they did manage was automatic refunds, as they should have, so still no points for that.

Product & STAFF -
worst CS and misleading information of product online compared to what you actually get delivered on top of that the employees have 0 awareness of product and concern related to health of customer. they will advertise product from actual product website but you end up receiving an entirely diff product. CS team are irresponsible, an AI would do a better job than them.

Not trustable. The advertise product on website but deliver you wrong and replacement product instead of actual medication. They actually play with consumer health related medication and do it intentionally to improve their sale. Not even once the actual product was delivered

They sent me the wrong pills and then said i ordered them which i didnt.Their warehouse in Chatswood had no interest in doing the right thind
I found them to be extremely arrogant and unhelpful.

when I got to the register was paying when the girl said do you want to make a $2 donation to the sun I ask her again what she said same reply I said the childrens hospital, would be a better they need it more then the sun BIG SCAM what bright spark thought that one up

I had a terrible experience with CWH online customer service staff who wasted so much of my time not addressing my emails and sending scripted responses and failing to escalate my complaint to management, culminating in a formal complaint. CWH management did not care and when I tried to follow up head office actually abruptly ended my call basically hanging up on me when I requested a final outcome to my complaint, and even when I stated I thought a goodwill voucher of 20 bucks to spend at CWH for all my wasted time would be appropriate I was told that was not possible and the head office staff member stated they couldn't help me further and thanked me for calling then hung up on me. What an atrocious way to deal with a customer who has multiple disabilities and has spent hundreds of dollars at CWH - but will obviously not be doing so anymore. Avoid dealing CWH online customer service staff or face the unacceptable waste of time they are and find another chemist!

“Peach was very kind and gave my vaccine so gently that I didn’t feel a thing. Great service!

Would not return an item after 7 days... even after explaining I was out of the country and could not return it. It was a make up bag that I didn't need... it's not like it was vitamins or beauty products with a use by date. They need to be more lenient with what is actually returned. 7 days is ridiculous 🙄😒😑😠😡🤬

Regularly attend local Store.
On purchase requested a small paper bag for 2 items (one over $20).
Employee indicated I had a plastic bag and could use. .
I advised more shopping to do & I wanted purchases to be kept separate.
A bag was then given in a surly manner. Not a nice experience.

I have been going to Chemist Warehouse for some time and find them very good. Very diligent . I still check myself as after all, I am taking the medication,

The Munno para shopping centre chemist has to be the worse ever. So long to fill scripts usually 35-45 mins, go to collect script,always ask for a particular brand,which I have had put on the computer as a note to always prescribe this brand. No ! incorrect brand supplied. Wait another 10 minutes for them to correct. Not only does this frustrate me, but I get this medication every 4 weeks and have done for over 10 years yet every time I put the scripts in the medication is never in stock so hence need to wait another 24 or sometime 48 hours for them to order it in.
Seriously I don’t think I can do this anymore, considering on using another chemist. So frustrating!!!!

I use Chemist Warehouse in Dun Laoghaire. The pharmacist Long and Mihn are so helpful. I had a lengthy prescription for someone who had surgery and all items were explained. Andrea and Camelia are also very helpful. Well done to all the Dun Laoghaire staff.

Is very convenient and I haven't had issues with customer service. I also quite like their product selections. But the aesthetics are appalling. It looks like you're stepping back in time to 1999 walking in there. People go there to collect medication to feel better but the place is so depressing it makes you feel more ill. The writing of the signs looks like a 1990s going to blockbuster style, like prices were hand written. Please update your look to the 21st century!
