Frankly, they don't even deserve 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered items which took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive (too late for Christmas presents for which they were ordered - arrived in January) - sat at a depot in Cambridge (UK) for 12 days, following the two weeks at the shipping centre in US. Finally they have agreed to a partial refund of £9, however they now claim that there is a problem repaying this, and have stopped answering my emails. Totally appalling customer service. They appear to advertise heavily on Facebook - avoid at all costs!

never got my calendar asked for a refund but nothing

I ordered before 4th December for a friend for Christmas. By 31st December it still has not arrived. The customer service team is unresponsive, simply repeating to see if I like the calendar, which absolutely misses the point. If they cant deliver in 4 weeks they should say so on their adverts which are cleverly placed and promoted on facebook to attract Christmas sales. There is no point to a calendar which arrives after the start of 2026 as the aim of calendrers is to plan the year ahead

Ordered 2 calendars on 29th November for Xmas gift, and still not arrived , out of pocket had to buy more gifts, after numerous emails and pointless replys excuses after excuses , it’s safe to say I will not be ordering from this company again, very disappointed

Ordered a calendar on 7/12/25 as a Christmas gift for a friend. Received numerous delivery updates but no calendar. I had to buy an alternative gift on 23/12.
Chentedfioris are now apologising but not willing to offer a refund. They are clearly happy to take your money and charge heavy for delivery but not provide goods.

Like everyone else I ordered three calendars early December. Still not arrived and hundreds of updates on customs clearance from USA to uk which was not clear until after payment was taken!
SCAM - criminals defrauding online purchasers

I ordered 2 calendars 4th December from this company. Nothing when ordering (in ££) via Instagram advised me goods were coming from USA. Order was confirmed. I get tracking updates but I’m wondering now if they are true or am I being scammed? Took 7 days to get from company to Airport. Then it took 3 days to be inspected and cleared then another 3 days to actual be shipped to UK. Arrived apparently in UK 19th Dec then 3 days later 22nd says shipment is declared at UK customs. The chances of me receiving by Sat 27th Dec (as I need them for Sun 28th) are a big fat Zero by the looks of it. Note to self … make more thorough checks of the company. I stopped ordering anything on FB because I was scammed and FB couldn’t care less. Now I’m adding Instagram to the list.

If I could give it a zero and still review the I would have !! Absolutely Scam website!! I did have confirmation emails of purchase and shipping however 6 weeks later still no delivery of my purchase of £25 ??!! I have a chain of emails to them requesting information of delivery they just keep fobbing it off saying it’s been dispatched. Not able to track package as advised and they are refusing to refund as it’s been despatched according to them !! Terrible website and service absolute criminals !!! I will be reporting them to TS !!!

ordered a calendar via Facebook. No email confirmation, no contact information. When I went to find company name on FB again, vanished.
