I can’t recommend to stay away from this company enough. Awful customer service and very dishonest business practice. We ordered a hat for $110, which included $11 for shipping for something that never got shipped to us. Despite their purchase confirmation saying it takes 1-2 business days to process shipping, our FedEx location didn’t receive it for 9 days. It sat there for a few days, and of course, mysteriously disappeared. FedEx didn’t want to take responsibility and referred us back to Cherry. Because we didn’t purchase the shipping insurance, which should be built into their ridiculous pricing anyways, their rude & greedy customer service rep, Kris Tubiera, let me know that because we didn’t spend the few extra dollars for insurance, they weren’t willing to help with our missing order. Buyer beware, nothing on their website is worth what they charge, but add in the shady ethics that they operate by and I can easily consider this one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had and they could absolutely care less. Sham of company and not worth risking your money over, or having to spend extra money just to make sure you actually get your order.
