Great

The MacBook Pro was as described on the website. I requested an earlier OS to be installed. I had the option to call this request in, but chose to use the online chat feature. I got a reply within minutes of my request, and it wasn’t from a robot. I knew what I had asked for would be done. I really appreciated a quick response to my request. Delivery was fine, no problems. Really happy with my purchase.
