Chester & Cooke Avis

Lovely kindling box - I'm extremely pleased with the purchase, well made and delivered ahead of time.

Bought a personalised seed box as a gift. Such a lovely tactile thing which looks great and will have many years of use. I also think it’s worth noting that the communication and contact option via Etsy was very good with a quick response. I can’t speak highly enough of Liz.

Great service, fast delivery and super product. Our horse’s stable door looks amazing.

I bought the been planter as a gift for my friend, she was absolutely delighted with it, I made a mistake when I placed the order and put the wrong house number and the gift got returned, but when I contacted Liz she was so helpful and arranged a guaranteed next day delivery to ensure the gift arrived in time for my friends birthday, what fantastic customer service

Very well made product and looks really good. Service feels really personal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liz and her company to friends and family.

A massive Thank you to Liz and her team - my seed box is so gorgeous as is the string tidy & keyring & I just love love love my greenhouse sign. I can't wait to hang it up when my greenhouse gets delivered (I have never grown anything before so I am very excited, though also a bit nervous :-) but I just know my sign will cheer me up when I am doing any potting). All the products I have received just ooze quality and they all came superbly packaged. I shall definitely be back to order more in the future. I also appreciated the hand written note from Liz which was such a lovely touch especially throughout this pandemic. Thank you again :-)

I bought 2 of the herbs boxes. They are very good quality and will look great in anyone’s kitchen. I bought them as gifts and I am very pleased with them and the personal service I received, even during the busy Xmas period.

Welly rack is lovely, beautifully made and strong and durable. Super speedy service. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will tell family and friends and will definitely use again.

Fantastic service and products! I live in Denmark and they helped me setup additional shipping services to be able to ship to abroad. Purchased the welly rack and received it a few days after (very quick indeed!). This xmas I purchased a coat rack and a boot rack which I absolutely love. With every purchase one receives a hand-written thank you note. Will definitely use them again!
