The sales process was great, until they get your money. Then it goes downhill from there. The day of the move, I was told my move was going to be $2,000 MORE than the quote. During the transistion, while I was waiting on my shipment, not one person, including my salesman Richard Zubek called me back after I left messages. When my things finally arrived, my tv was smashed and the driver charged me ANOTHER $500 to put together a desk THEY took apart. This move was a nightmare!! I’ve been calling all day to put in a claim for damages, but again NO ANSWER. During the sales process they took every call, now it’s just crickets. Use anyone but Illinois Movers for your next move. This was painful!

Staff at Halsted location are a complete joke. Called me to remind me about appointment and told me it was “tomorrow” when it wasn’t! I show up for them to tell me it’s Wednesday, how do you tell someone who can barely get any sleep and have them wake up out their sleep to go to this appointment just to send me home and see you tomorrow like you didn’t just waste my time!!!! I like Dr. Freidman but your staff is going to lose you business and trust amount your patients.

FIRST -- OVERCHARGED ME FOR COPAY
SECOND -- waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to see doctor
THIRD -- had 3 minute visit with md who then referred me for ultrasound and CT (not to do with my original complaint). Tests coincidentally take place in their offices.
FOURTH -- When I finally received a record of my visit, i found diagnoses that were not discussed nor did I have symptoms.

Gave 2 stars because I got what I had come for -- renewal of a CPAP Rx It only took 4 calls and emails to the office to get it.

The wait times are quite long as the place is always filled with people, and the doctors are often late. They don't even apologize but just pretend to be extremely busy.
