This company is a complete "con". I wanted to return the goods I had ordered because the sizing comes up very small. Despite following all the instructions to secure a return number/label, the only reply I ever get from the company is a standard acknowledgement email advising me that I need to provide information about order etc. I have done this more than six times now and have achieved nothing. This has been going on since April (2026). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYDespite several attempts to customer services (which is the worst) to be sent required code needed from them to return 3 items that are too big they respond with the same email instructions whIch is useless.. They advertise as chicday.co.uk which is misleading as these items come from China. There are no uk contact numbers to speak to anyone and you go round in circles getting nowhere. I ordered goods to value of (£69) which are no good to me. Apart from sizing issues the material is also cheap and not worth what was charged. BEWARE

I had an issue with my order. Contacted customer service and received a refund after a couple of emails.

I loved the blouse I had ordered but unfortunately it was too big, I have now ordered it in a smaller size. No problem with a full refund, very satisfied customer.

The items I ordered didn't fit. I contacted customer services to arrange a return and they arranged a refund straight away. They also said I could just keep the unwanted items rather than return them. Great customer service, so I've now ordered a larger size and will be happy to order more items from them in the future.

Awful experience. Bought a dress after seeing an advert on Facebook.

Dress was terrible quality so I wanted to return. They kept sending me the same email, at least 4 attempts without including any return address information so I’m out of pocket £37.97.

Do not buy from this company.
