Item I ordered ended up not being in stock, which was disappointing, but customer service was good at getting my refund.

Rachel was a pleasure to communicate with and answered all my questions. She sent a little watch link removal tool and it came in handy because I had to remove a few links since I have small wrists. There are also Christmas tree hair clip, jewelry bag and even a handwrite greeting card!! I’m so surprised they can offer me so many goodies in such a reasonable price.

Item received quickly and packaged well. Item included jewelry bag and was secured in a sturdy box. Listing description was also accurate. Greatly appreciated that watch was well protected and in working condition.

The watch is so beautiful and rustic. It shipped literally the day after I bought it!! Very very communicative and I even got a beautiful appreciation note in my purchase.
