What you order is not what you are going to get . Exchanging it is impossible

All I wanted to do was exchange something oh, and do you think they would just let me exchange it no they wanted me to send pictures and we measure and everything else this is the worst placed don't buy anything from here.

Oh where to begin!! They cheapest made coat (if you can call it that) that I waited almost a month to receive! $25 wasted but they or their other so called stores will never get my business EVER Again!!!!
The color is unexplainable, not green that I ordered, I would be afraid to even wash this cheesy made junk! They are posted pictures from another company and copying them, it's horrible!!!
Stay away!!!!!

My experience is pretty much the same as all of the others you read here. I ordered an item on the 16th of December 2018 and still have not received it. I emailed them a couple of weeks after making the purchase and a few days later they replied asking me to be patient as they were very busy due to the holidays. I didn't know that they were operating from Hong Kong. A couple more weeks passed and I emailed them again. This time they gave me a USPS tracing number and claimed that my item had been delivered and that I should check my mail box. I tracked the number on the USPS.com site and the information stated that the post office was still waiting for the shipper to bring the package to the post office. I have escalated a claim with PAYPAL requesting a refund. To this day the tracking information remains the same. Don't be scammed by this company !!!

First time ordering from this company, and very disappointed in the products, they were poor quality, cheap materials, sewing flaws, ill-fitting, and did not look at all like the cute pictures on the sight.(sadly, and frankly, they are ugly)

Did not realize company based in China - took a long time to process and receive order and tracking info not reliable.

Website lists policy for returns/refunds, but they do not honor and I have been email fighting with them for a resolution.
Operate under different company names, and I do not believe that they are a reputable company. Since they have not honored my request for refund, I am disputing the credit card charges.

You would think at my age I would know better but they advertised a coat that looked really nice and was supposedly on sale. I even ordered an XL to make sure it would fit. Supposedly it was insulated but in all my years I have never seen anything insulated with a satiny type fabric in the sleeves. This is the most poorly made article of clothing I have ever seen and it is a struggle to get it zipped! Obviously this is not an XL. Since this vendor claims hassle-free returns I sent them an email requesting a shipping label and other needed information. Now they are demanding pictures of the coat and label and next I suspect they will want blood from my first born child. I wish I had known of this site with all this available information in the form of reviews before I ordered from ChicsMall because I would never have purchased this coat. I now see that I am not alone in my problems dealing with this Neanderthal company. I also suspect I am stuck with this coat but at least I am a firm believer in my cup being half full and I will be able to find someone in need of a new coat.

I pretty much experienced the same as the others. Ordered a jacket in size 2X. When it arrived it had no tag inside...but it was at best a size small. The dance started...me contacting them and them making up every excuse not to refund my money. Taking pictures...offering first a $5 refund and then upped to $12. I filed a claim through PayPal. I will probably never see a dime. Done with Facebook vendors!

Their merchandise comes from China I ordered a sweater and they put the wrong address on it I contacted them and they said it was the address I entered. That was laughable. It wasn't even close to my address. I contacted Canada post and they wouldn't do anything. Avoid this place at all costs and other pop up malls on facebook. They are dishonest and their merchandise is subpar

Be Warned, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The coat I received was a joke - so badly styled and cheaply made. The body is very wide but the arms are so short it looks ridiculous. One pocket is sewn into the lining awkwardly so I can't put my hand into it properly. I checked to make sure it was returnable before ordering. The website says that returns are very easy - just mail it back in the original packaging and they issue a refund. I ordered the coat at chicsmall.ca and it shipped from Ontario. I emailed chicsmall right away to request a refund (like I would with any other online seller) but then the runaround started. Each reply from them took days and was always from someone different with just a female first name. They asked for pictures which I promptly sent, then told me the coat was beautiful and ignored the faulty sewing. After more back and forth, usually with a differently named person, they asked for pictures again. This continued, then they told me I had to mail it back to an address China at my cost, which they knew would be prohibitive, but I could keep the coat and they'd refund $8. I refused that so they upped it to $10, then stopped at $18. I finally gave in because they stuck to that figure and they sent me a reply saying they would "refund my account" and if I didn't get the refund in a month to let them know they would contact my bank! Only, I paid with PayPal and refunds should only take minutes. So this is just a ploy to stop my hounding them - obviously they have no plans to refund anyone's money. I am taking this to PayPal.

I ordered a sweater on December 14. It's now January 4th and I still haven't received the sweater. When I contacted the company, they gave me tracking info that was not useful. I contacted them again but did not get a response. Next I will contact my credit card company.

Be careful. If interested in their items please order 2 sizes larger than you wear, plus the odor of the item smell like oil or some kind of chemical. Do not buy if sensitive to chemicals. I donated the item after I washed it.

I ordered a winter Jacket, size 2X. The jacket I received was barely a standard medium size, I could even say closer to small. And the material was awful, cheap. I emailed for instructions on a full refund. I definitely got a run around. My guess is that these are young people just passing around email complaints to eachother. I will post the latest email I just received below. I strongly recommend that you not order from Chicsmall. The pictures are nice, the products are crap and they know it.

As our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return/ exchange the item because the item they choose did’n meet their expectation.
So i think you need send the items back to china as our warehouse is here. the shipping fee is expensive so i dont think you worth to do it .
Would it be a considerable that we refund $5 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift?
