I recently purchased a sofa and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The sofa itself is incredibly comfortable, well-made, and looks fantastic in my living room. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service especially from Darius. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I love my new sofa
I love my new sofa. Looks great in my apartment and the service was incredible. Liaised with a real person over Whatsapp to sort the whole delivery. And the guy who delivered it was so nice and helpful. I got the Il Divo. Love it!

Do NOT ORDER from this company they deliver faulty broken scraped ripped sofas and then when you send pictures and complain they have the audacity to say they want to sent someone to come and inspect it at your house 🤣🤦🏽♀️🤬 they havnt fixed replaced or refunded ive been chasing for weeks Started proceedings to get my money back !! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company is getting it right! Friendly and communicative customer service from start to finish which really eased my initial anxiety at buying from an online store. Delivery was much easier than expected, and the driver put my sofa together quickly while we had a chat. An absolute pleasure to hear the enthusiasm he has about his company, especially as he was still out delivering at 7pm on a Saturday over the bank holiday weekend. Great quality sofa too, the only company who had what i wanted at a reasonable price. Highly recommend you give them a try.
