Don’t waste your time on this product

Wish I would have read these reviews before buying.

Horrible Customer Service

This was purchased as a gift.

Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered, with no communication, other than it shipped.

Leaked during first use.

Have sent several emails with the template respose:

CCan you please tell us if the leak was there upon arrival?
Also, please send us a video highlighting the issue.
We will reship you a new one for free."

I have received this response 3 times, after I have replied with my answer and pictures.

I really wanted this to work, but the customer service is horrible.

GARBAGE PRODUCT/COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY

Same as others, garbage product! The tub leaked from the moment I set it up and filled it. Contacted customer service for a replacement or return, takes them weeks to respond to each email. They currently claim they are "escalating" the claim and will send me a tracking# for the replacement when it ships. That was weeks ago.

They also send you an email requesting a review of the product, and when you click on it they require you to add a picture or video. I was going to leave a terrible review, but as soon as you upload a picture, it just says "Thanks, it's been added to your review" and then you're redirected to their website to buy more garbage, but there was never a place to write an actual review. So they obviously just co-opt you so they can write lies about their product.

Plus there was a mysterious additional international transaction fee that went through my bank.

***DO NOT BUY!!!*** Product leaked the first time I filled it. Reached out to customer service, responses have been super slow, I explained the entire issue in my emails, only to have the rep ask me what my issue was. I have logged a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau and notified this company I have done so, WITH PROOF of complaint, and still no response. Don’t waste your time or money. This is a scam company for sure. I am so mad I didn’t do my due diligence before purchasing.

UpdateDO NOT BUY

Update. Finally recieved product. Set it. Filled it half way. Leaked! Never got to try it. Requested refund. Still have not recieved information to return and get a refund. Please spread the word. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A RIP OFF. HELP ME PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! No way they are in the U.S..

Shipping was careless and intl fee?!

I found it odd that we were charged an international service fee but the package arrived from New Jersey. It arrived just rolled into a ball and the light plastic packing bag taped tightly around it. Somewhere along the lines of shipping it got a large slit through the packing and it cut into the pod so it is useless to me. I emailed a week ago about what my next steps can be but no response yet. How is there no number to call either? Not liking these reviews I see here now, after having my own issues.

Not even a good product

First it took forever to get. Then, once it comes, the it’s terribly designed. The lid doesn’t stay blown up and there’s no way it can actually keep this thing insulated. It doesn’t fit on top, it just falls right into the water. Absolute waste of money.

I wish I had gone through Amazon. I ordered 3 weeks ago, I even reached out to customer service last week and still nothing. No response, no product. I should have seen these reviews first. In this day and age this is pathetic. Don't order with these guys. Rubbish service

Order was placed on 4/17

Order was placed on 4/17. Today is 4/29. No update to tracking since 4/17 it still says order “ordered” money was been taken from my account 4/17 .

I ordered as a birthday gift needed 5/8. Thought for sure ordering on 4/17 that would give me plenty of time. I have placed 3 emails, without any response at all.

Great product ! Shipping a bit long

At first I was scared because my delivery took longer than expected but the customer service answered all my concerns 😁, maybe you guys
can improve the delivery speed but everything else is perfect ! The ice tub is very convenient and well made.

How hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very.

I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

You stated my order was sent to USPS, however, they report they havent received it. Either your lying or they are.
I ordered on the April 27th and the UPS tracking hasn't changed.

Worth the wait 👍

Coped my chillpod last month and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by this product! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made for my post-workout recovery routine. It's easy to use, and materials feels durable. I was also impressed by how much ice and water it can hold. I was initially disappointed that my delivery was delayed, but thanks to customer service team for keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make things right, it was worth the wait !

According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.
