Thought it seemed expensive
Thought it seemed expensive. $630 to cap an unused gas line and fix a leaking tap. I get the $95 call out fee if they come out and I say, no I don't want the work done then yes I pay for your time, but when I still get charged that when you accept the job. How else are you going to fix a tap if you don't come out. It's not like I can bring it to you to repair. This is all with a senior discount. The work was done quickly, but will ring around next time. Nearly $300 to fix leak which would have been about $10 worth of parts. Won't use again only because of cost.

Tonight I had a plumbing crisis and Laurie from Chiswick Plumbing was so professional, helpful and courteous he gets 5 stars!! He actually provided instructions over the phone which enabled us to solve the problem and no tradesman call out was required. So very grateful for his assistance. :)

Marco arrived on booked time
Marco arrived on booked time, identified the problem with the faucet, provided a quote with an explanation of what the work would involve and the outcome, completed the work .
Then explained to my wife and I which of our actions may have caused the problem, conducted the maintenance check of all water areas in the house and gave me the report.
He was courteous and efficient and very helpful,

Needed a new sump pump. Response was prompt and issue resolved quickly. On line quote and payment system all good. Plumber knew his stuff and was friendly and approachable.

More than happy with the service we got...Urgently needed to find, repair or replace water heater during which time another urgent leakage issue appeared and they were able to diagnose the problem and found a way to fix this as well so all round it was successful day...The team were great, polite and friendly...could recommend them anytime...
