A bit of handyman work went wrong
A bit of handyman work went wrong - after hours. Steven was on site within the hour. Had to call in a specialist who just happened to be heading our way. Job done. Great service and super pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Chiswick Plumbing.

The tradesman Zaid was polite and explained the problem with the toilet cistern, and seemed to be efficient installing a new one rather than trying to replace individual parts. Happy with the job. I would call them again.
It was a little disappointing that there was a mix up in the time originally quoted at 7.30am, changed to 10, then coming a little later than that due to prior job taking longer than expected.
I was contacted prior to both times by their office to explain the circumstances.

Chiswick Plumbing to the rescue!
I am very grateful to Chiswick Plumbing for their prompt reaction to our call for help. Our gas fire malfunctioned on a Friday evening which required attendance by the fire brigade and we were concerned to ensure that there was no further gas leak that could reignite. Chiswick Plumbing had an experienced plumber at our house on Saturday morning and he did everything to reassure us by checking everything. They also kept us informed of the plumber’s arrival time .Fantastic service!
