Prompt service as always. I find the Sense defusers are at the top with the more expensive brands, long lasting scent that’s affordable.

This is actually my 5th purchase of the large diffusers and i brought it for a friend, she commented when we received our others for our home. The items are stunning they smell amazing, they last for months and are worth every penny!! I would highly recommend them, if you want a statement piece that turns heads and smells great!! Loving the new colours and smells too!! Thank you x

Not one to leave a review, never mind a bad one but this is a first. Received my order of 4 wine glasses absolutely fine, took about a week but that’s okay. Noticed some damage to 3 of the glasses and contacted the Chloe Jade Home and provided pictures. Was asked to provide more pictures of the items together (obviously didn’t believe me) which I did. Was asked if I’d like a new item or refund and chose refund. No contact since, have chased a few times and still no response after 3 weeks.

Update - Chloe Jade Home made contact explaining there had been an issue with their inbox and hadn’t received any of my emails. Issue has now been resolved quickly with a replacement and refund. Thanks Chloe Jade Home

I have ordered a few of chloe jade defusers love them .I had a small leak with one that arrived I couldn't of asked for better customer service I was sent another one within a day or so.would highly recommend

Bought the medium and the Large Citrus Verbena Alang Alang Reed Diffuser direct as had bought the small one previously. This is such a beautiful scent so have them placed all over my home. They also look so nice. Packaged well and quick delivery . Will definitely be back for top ups. My new favourite scent for the home
