I wanted to first reassure you that our products have not shrunk. While the number of cookies per box has changed (from 20 to 16), the total weight hasn’t. We recently updated the recipe so each cookie contains significantly more chocolate—we actually doubled the chocolate filling in the Jolies based on customer requests. Because chocolate is heavier, 16 of the new cookies weigh the same as 20 of the previous version.

So while the count is lower, you’re still getting the same 8oz of product—just with a richer, more chocolate-filled experience. We’ve also kept pricing the same despite chocolate being a more expensive ingredient.

We always listen closely to customer feedback, and the changes we made to the Jolies came directly from what people told us they wanted. That said, we understand that changes can feel frustrating, especially when you’ve been a loyal customer, and we truly value the support you’ve shown us in the past.

We hope this helps clarify things, and we appreciate your support. 🍫

Thank you for your review. We wanted to clarify, all of our ingredients and full nutritional information are clearly listed and accurately detailed on our website. We are always transparent about what goes into our products so customers can make informed decisions.

Your order was not cancelled due to your question about ingredients. It was cancelled because the purchase was identified as intended for unauthorised commercial use, which is against our terms of sale.

We take product transparency very seriously and all ingredients are clearly displayed on our website and packaging.

We completely understand your concerns about packaging, and we appreciate you raising them. Our decision to individually wrap each piece is very intentional. It helps with portion control, keeps every piece fresh until the moment you’re ready to enjoy it, and makes it easy to pop one into a lunchbox or purse for a treat on the go — without needing to open (and finish) the entire box at once.

That said, sustainability is incredibly important to us. The outer box, inner tray, and foil wrappers are all fully recyclable. The only component that isn’t currently recyclable is the thin film that seals the tray.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We love hearing from fellow pumpkin spice fans. We wanted to create a syrup that hits the classic Fall flavors of cinnamon, ginger, clove, and nutmeg but totally understand everyone's taste buds are different so apologize if it was a little too spicy for you.

For anyone trying it for the first time, we recommend starting with 1 teaspoon or less, then adjusting until you find your magic sweetness/flavor ratio.

We’re sorry a few cups were sacrificed while finding that sweet spot, but we’re so glad you stuck with it and found a balance that worked for you.
