All good - process was quick and simple

This was a simple process though Isons. The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable.

Our experience on purchasing our plan was made so easy and with respect too, nothing was any bother especially on making decisions on a loved one . It takes the stress off at a difficult time when you can’t think straight .

the funeral of my wife Sylvia took place at the end of March. Kavanagh & Coates Funeral Services made all the arrangments using the choice plus plan. I was very relieved how well the service went and very happy with the way I was looked after by the staff that I have now arranged my funeral using the same choice plus plan.

Wombwell branch managed my late wife's funeral with dignity and respect two years ago.
So was a no brainer when it came to sorting my funeral plan.

Were not pushy or in a hurry to get custom.
Made to feel welcome and comfortable when on premises and very helpful and informative.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a funeral providing.
