Felt the need to repost an updated review as Richard had resolved my complaint in a timely manner and gave me a coupon for the dab rig that had broken. I will use less heat this time as Richard suggested this could have led to the breakage but I'm just used to heating my dabs up quite hot so I will use a banger instead of a glass nail to try and avoid this issue.

I'm sorry to read that you're unhappy with our delivery service. I've checked and your order came to us at 22.30 on Thursday 15th June. We dispatched to you at 16.30 on the 16th June (Friday). Your delivery address is in Jersey. As I'm sure you know, parcels travelling to Jersey have to go through customs checks by Jersey Authorities. As this is the first contact from you regarding the problem, I will need to check why Jersey customs/DPD Jersey are holding the parcel, I'll get back to you here and via email ASAP

I have checked with DPD and it appears that it was delayed by customs checks and should now be with you tomorrow. I can only apologise for the delay from our perspective but where items travel across boundaries these things can happen and we have no control over them. Excellent Service
Bong arrived smashed no fault of chongz. Had another one quality checked, picked and packed and shipped to me all within 24 hours. Not to mention the first one arrived with a day of ordering. I spoke with Rich who was very helpful through out the full process. Great company, great glass. Wouldn’t shop elsewhere.

Quick, easy and got a freebie
The process was straight forward, the price was good (although shipping is expensive for what it is) and I got a free grinder with it. I always buy my bongs from here for a reason.

Dpd lost my package and it didn't…
Dpd lost my package and it didn't arrive on time for 420. Disappointing. However the customer service guy has been fantastic, they reshipped my items. Top dudes, top company.

Hi Ed, I'm sorry to read this, its the first we've heard of there being a problem with your delivery. I've checked DPD tracking and it is showing a delivery attempt on the 18th, and then a successful delivery on the 19th. Have you raised this with DPD? Please respond to me at info@chongz.co.uk and we will try to get this resolved.
