I booked service for my Montra Downtown. Basic service for a geared cycle. I confirmed with them through phone, what are all the things the service person check and do, after booking. The service person came with worn out toothbrush, palm sized worn out cloth, an small oil can, few spanners......yes. he didn't even asked me for any cloths. I myself having two kind of brushes for chain cleaning and gear cleaning, definitely worn out tooth brush not one of them. The so called technical person, don't know how to use quick release, don't the difference between axle tightening and wheel tightening.....simply he is a cleaner. not a technician, for the charges of Rs.850. I simply sent him after taking snaps of his tools. This is purely the experience of their service part. i haven't experienced their sales part, which definitely i don't want to do.

They have refunded the full amount. Dealt in a polite manner. I believe, they have a unavoidable collection of Road bikes and i hope i'll buy from them in the near future.

I have just made an online payment for Waltx summit 29 and the order was placed successfully.
However, I would like to see the shipment and the equipment is in great condition as per the description then only i can give 5star now I can only have 3.5 star

I was really so enthusiastic 🤩 when I got my E-bike Nuze S3. Indeed it’s worth more than the value for the money.
I wanted it shipped overseas so the team choose my bicycle as well as Nuze helped me during the process.
Not only now while purchasing even shipping overseas everyone responded promptly by giving all the MSDS CERTIFICATES AND SPECIAL PACKAGING requisites.
Even after receiving the bike I had an issue, but the Nuze team Mr Vishnu helped me in all possible ways ignoring the standard working hours.
Surely will recommend someone for your brand, as your customer service is excellent 👍.

I had a misunderstanding but ChooseMyBicycle called and explained. I was wrong about the HDFC rebate and they gave it to me. The amount was relatively small but I am glad they were right and I did receive it. I hope the delivery goes as well and I receive a bike in perfect working condition as they promise, so my rating has changed from two stars to five.

Carrie is unprofessional and promises money for runs she don’t answer the phone when it’s time get paid she pay you what she wants and not what you worked for then she gives You what she feel like giving you I been arguing with this lady about my money for the last few weeks

So today I will write in depth review of CMB.

1. Order. GOOD. I ordered JAVA S 3 in black, then I was told that blue is available. However some how black was managed and was delivered. I got it in cheaper price than market.

2. Free accessories worth 1500. PATHETIC. Waste of money as the items were below standard. And who gives a cycle bell which is fitted on ATLAS GOLD LINE SUPER on a 70k roar bike. The seat pad is quality is pathetic. I will get 100 percent better product on DECATHLON.

3. Service. BAD. I ordered the cycle However there was some issue in the front derailleur and front disc. Which the CMB reps requested for video. I provided the same. However instead of sending technician they told me to visit get it repaired on my own and send the bill.

So overall i will rate 3 star out of 5.

I ordered the Waltx Trail 27.5 (red and black) I must say that I was a little sceptical after reading the negative reviews, but everything about CMB is quite seamless. The packaging was excellent, and every aspect of the cycle was perfect. The Toronto Bicycle Bag as a freebie was a great addition (we can choose the freebie of our liking)

There are people who've faced issues with CMB, and that's common with any e-commerce site. But my experience with CMB was flawless. From the Interface of the website to the delivery of the bicycle, everything was just so good. Hoping that the after sales service will also be great.

I booked a home service for 28th May, 10 minutes prior to appointment they cancelled the appointment.

Costliest water wash for bicycle in India for Rs. 1099

Bicycle water wash in the name of Home Cycle Service, which is not worth for Rs. 1099. The service was more like service in road side shop for the price of Rs. 300 or 400.

Service representative washed my bike with bucket of water (we need to provide the water). Choosemybicycle didn't provide any bicycle cleaning shampoos or Liquid to clean the bicycle. They just clean with just plain water with mug not with high pressure washer. I don't know how the grease and other sand particles will come out of bike. Even after water wash still my bicycle has sand dust in derailleur, chain and cassette areas.

Simply dried off the bicycle with cloth. Rubbed the chain and cassette with same cloth and assembled it. After that checked brakes and gears once.

They didn't degrease or regrease any part of bicycle. They don't even degrease chain and cassette. Simply wipe out with cloth and sprayed some rust remover in chain and cassette. Still my chain has dust particle which i need degrease and clean later.

The representative has done the job what he have or given by choosemybicycle(some tools, cloths and water which we need to provide it.

They haven't done polishing, even 500Rs car washing companies are providing polish after service.

If anyone want to take the service, please think 100 times before booking for service. We need to pay 100% at the time of booking itself and 0% possibility for refund. We need to accept it, Whatever done.

Finally, its not worth for the price. Many other company providing good home bicycle service, not like choosemybicycle water wash in lesser price. Don't get trapped into it and waste your money.

Ordering a bicycle online has never been this easy. I ordered my bicycle recently from CMB and the process couldn't have been smoother. CMB has a ton of bicycles to choose from so it's easy to filter out your exact requirement even down to the wheel size!
The order processing is a breeze as well. Once assembled it goes through strict QA before being shipped.
The shipping company is good though it delayed my order by a day. But CMD intervened quickly and ensured delivery happened ASAP.
Assembling the bicycle is also a breeze with the exact tools provided for the purpose. Took barely 5 minutes.
In closing, CMB is a real god-sent to us living in the Indian hinterland.

Stay away from CMB. There are far better dealers out there. While I don't want to wash my linens here but in a nutshell the entire experience from the order delivery to the product durability has been a debacle.

Definitely will not recommend any one their doorstep bicycle service. Got very bad experience. First they took appointment and on service day they told me technicians are not available. Beware while booking your appointment

A great example of how low touch commerce should work. The right cycle, in the right way and right on time.

This post explains the issues I faced shopping from online website choose my bicycle
1. Shopping site has issues in their logic. I had ordered black and red combination but delivered colour was yellow.
2. It has handle clocking sound and while riding handle makes cranking noise.
3. Shimano gears shifters does not go below 4th gear. It is stuck at 4th gear.
4. Backlight is not connected although it is has Hero Lectro LED light.
5. Choose My Bicycle does not have a return policy like Amazon.
6. If product has quality issues you are at mercy of them as they don't have a support. They don't even have phone customer care.

My recommendation is to avoid buying from choose my bicycle. It way better going to local shop and ensuring that you get what you want.

Bought Triad X4 from choosemybicycle.com. Haven't had any issue so far and Abhishek was very supportive and clear throughout the process explaining things and clearing any doubts and issues.

Received my bicycle with no issues at all. Happy with the purchase.

EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE!
I had purchased waltx summit 29t 7 months back and I must say the after sale service is best. After purchasing this cycle the initial problem was of rear tire, that it was rubbing the frame, after doing all the adjustment the issue was not solving, so I contacted waltx sales support gentleman Mr. Vishnu(+916385192921) he simply asked for a photo for verification of the problem and sent me the new tire which was of slightly lower thickness and the tire woks absolutely fine now.
Now After 7 months of riding my bicycle it's front suspension stopped working and therefore I again I contacted Mr. Vishnu he immediately booked a courier from his side to repair the suspension at company cost. But after inspecting the suspension he informed that the suspension was irreparable so he sent me the new one.
Everyone should go for waltx cycle they are best in class!

Choosemybicycle is amazing website. I ordered waltx trail 27.5 from CMB and while I was fixing the pedals , I probably rotated it in the wrong way because of which crank arm got a bit damaged and i could fit the pedal. When i conveyed this to CMB they delivered a new crank arm for free even though it wasn't covered under any warranty. I am really happy with the support , they kept me updated with the tracking and through Gmail. I shared my experience with my friend and today he ordered his new waltx trail 26 A from CMB. You should buy from CMB aswell trust me.
