Brambles Bowl
After 6 years of use unfortunately I broke our bowl so ordered a replacement. The new bowl arrived but there was a small area of damaged glaze. I contacted Claire and sent photos and she quickly agreed to replace it foc. The new bowl has now arrived and all is well with the kitchen floor no longer awash and Bramble's ears remaining dry - wonderful. Thanks Claire - great customer service

Lovely dog mugs (for lovely people).
The Coronation mug is a beautiful product, lovely size and shape, a pleasure to use. I'd been gifted one and decided to purchase one for a friend. Alas, sold out. I selected another mug, which I hoped would be similarly delightful. The initial order looked as if delivery would follow within days. It didn't. I wondered if the order had been lost. Three weeks isn't bad, if I'd known to expect that. Meanwhile I received an email pushing sales of the Coronation mug that I'd wanted in the first place. Bought one. Both mugs arrived together. They're lovely. In stock/out of stock accuracy on the website would be good. Indication of delivery time would be good. The Shop app, which would help with tracking, is intrusive. Otherwise, nice products and easy-to-navigate website.

Thank you for your review! I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying the mugs.
To explain the situation with the coronation mugs, I kept back 7 or 8 spares in case of breakages in the post (which do occasionally occur so I needed to make sure I had a few spares to cover these). Once it became clear that all customers had received their mugs safely, I was able to restock with these last few, which is why you then received an automatic email to let you know that they were back in stock. Apologies for any confusion this caused.
I also apologise for the delay in delivery and any inconvenience caused. To explain, one of the mugs you ordered had been returned to me as undelivered, and happened to be returned the day that the other mug was to be sent out, which is why I sent both mugs together. I do of course understand the importance of accurate stock information and timely delivery updates and am working hard to improve in these areas.
Thank you for your feedback on the website. As a very small business I do my best to keep stock accuracy (as explained above) and delivery times are stated for each order.
Thank you for your business and I hope that this goes some way to explain the issues that you came across.

ChowBella bowls is just what my cocker…
ChowBella bowls is just what my cocker spaniel needed! Since we got Blue we have tried many bowls but all the time his ears will go down to the food and water.. so we were not pleased with this! However, when we found ChowBella we did not think twice and get the bowls and honestly we are delighted! It was worth waiting for this bowls and they are just beautiful and Blue's ears are not inside the bowl anymore! Truly recommend to get the bowls because is just amazing and easy for the dogs to eat not just that! Is easier to keep it clean to! We absolutely love them!
