Although I initially had a little trouble with the website, the company was more than understanding with my dilemma of ordinary shirt that was a larger size than necessary. I worked with Gina and customer service and they were helpful in arranging for a replacement in the correct size for me. Thanks to the team for following up with me and making sure I was satisfied with their product.

Cheap products made in China - Don't Buy!!!
The Website has a return/refund policy that is fraudulent. The Company appears to be a U.S based company, but the products ship directly from China. I thought I was ordering a custom made to order cotton shirt, but the shirt came and feels like a stiff tablecloth, with no fabric labels sewn in the shirt as required for U.S. products. I tried to return the shirt upon receipt and they wont accept any returns based on the fabric "feel". I told them I felt it was false advertising and misleading, but they don't care.

We’ve explained the fabric specifications in detail and can confidently stand behind the fact that the shirt you received is made from the cotton material advertised on our website. Cotton fabrics can vary significantly in texture and finish, and we understand that this particular fabric did not match your personal expectations.
Regarding manufacturing, we have never attempted to hide where our products are made. We openly inform customers that our Hawaiian shirts are produced at our facility in China, while our T-shirts are produced in the United States.
We also did not ignore your concerns. We reviewed the photos you provided, explained our findings, and offered reasonable solutions in an effort to resolve the matter. While we understand that our proposed resolutions may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, we have continued to assist you throughout the entire process.
We genuinely regret that we couldn't meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
