The letter was written with excitement. It included my grandson’s name, activities he likes, his family, city, making it so personal to him.

Wasn't very confident that the letter would look and give the impression of being authentic but I was so impressed and my daughter loved it.

I thought the Christmas letter was such an excellent idea but unfortunately my friend never received his letter. This was a bit disappointing and reluctantly I began to think this was a scam.

Each year my grandchildren wait in anticipation for the Letter from Santa addressed to each personally. They are amazed at how he "knows" so much about them. These letters are put into their photo albums along with Xmas photos as a reminder of the magic. The grandchildren also love all the other things included with the letter and scream with excitement when discovering new items. Thank you so much for this wonderful part of Xmas.

My grandchildren had moved house so I had to have everything sent to me. The separate letters for the children arrived in a Santa envelope addressed to me, which was nice. But it arrived early enough for me to give to the children. They loved them, this was the second time I have used this company and found that they are very reliable. The children love the little bits and bobs too and that the letters mention their friends and sibling etc. I would recommend these people all the time for their Santa Letters

This came in the post really quickly and very personalised to my son! The excitement when he received it he brought into school to show his teacher and all his friends!
