Scam company- avoid! Converted to US dollars as I paid, no confirmation email. Someone then used my credit card details to try to set up an Apple Pay payment. I have no Apple devices and luckily the credit card provider blocked the card for suspected fraud
Desperate to obtain another set of premier garland lights 860. I needed two sets last Christmas to decorate orangery. I received a delivery but one set was damaged and tried every where without success. I saw this company had stock so foolishly ordered. I didn't receive a confirmation and tried to contact the company but was unable to do so Haven't received goods or any correspondence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid at all costs this company is fake. Gave the company address in the UK but it’s actually Chinese.
Took the money then refused to give a refund when my item did not turn up. Kept saying that my parcel was on the way and to be patient! Finally they said it had been delivered, which of course it hadn’t, but they couldn’t provide any proof that it had.
If I could have given it no stars then I would have and I can’t believe that this website is still coming up when I search for it.

Scam website, same as other reviews, took the money, no order confirmation and unable to contact them. Going through bank to try and claim the money back. Can't believe the website is still up.

Charged on card £36.20 also charged a transaction charge £1.50 !!! Humaso.com

Got scammed by this lot. If I could give this bunch a 0 I would. Attempted to buy several packs of lights and got scammed by them. Don't provide you with an order number after taking the money. Bank suspended payment and still waiting for money to be returned by bank.
After paying for a product. I got no confirmation emails. But got charged on my credit card as well as another charge at the same time for a different amount. On a credit card I don’t use unless buying online.
My bank instantly blocked it and informed me it’s a fraudulent transaction. Now chasing up to get my money back.
Why is this site still up and running? It should be shut down!
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM.
YOU GO TO ORDER AND THE PAYMENT SAYS NOT RECEIVED AND DOES NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ORDER NUMBER. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER RECEIVE THE GOODS. THEY ARE REGISTERED AS A TAKEAWAY IN ROTHERHAM ALTHOUGH THEIR ADDRESS IS APPARENTLY EAST LONDON.
SADLY I FELL FOR THIS SCAM AS THEIR WEBSITE LOOKS LEGIT.
This is a scam website which I unfortunately fell for. Company address is not there’s. No phone number, no contact details. Unable to message them. Only when they took the money it came up with Wallet.sm and converted the pound to another currency realised it as a scam. Now going though bank to get money back.
