Great tree Delivery disappointing!
Ordered a 5ft living pot blue spruce Christmas tree and it’s absolutely beautiful. Only downside was a 15 minute notification of delivery date and time. Unfortunately I wasn’t in when the tree was delivered! It was left on my front patio partially hidden by two wheelie bins! Luckily I came home within 30minutes!

Don’t waste £10 on the pot!
The potted tree itself was nice but totally root bound in its tiny pot. The £9.99 pot I purchased was pathetically small and flimsy and very similar to the pots you buy bedding plants in. Totally unsuitable to replant the tree into and support its weight safely in my opinion.

Took so long to deliver
Took so long to deliver. I actually emailed them and they said they sent it. Then next day emailed them again and said would give me a refund, so had obviously not sent it. Still have not received my refund. Would not recommend.

Great tree
Great tree, poor delivery service!
The tree is great, however the pot it can in was broken and the pot cover was insufficient to cover the pot, I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery and it came 4 days later!!

The Christmas tree arrived during the scheduled delivery period in good condition. Secure packaging and yet easy to remove the tree from the box and wrapper.

12 Points of my Christmas trees direct tree! Or I’m a bit needled!
1. The tree didn’t come on the day I was told - I waited in all day and night!
2. I was messaged to say it would come on the next day - I waited in on the next day and it came early afternoon!
3. The box was broken as if it had been dropped or packed in the vehicle badly.
4. it wasn’t a DX van but an old unmarked white van!
5. It is heavy package perhaps that is why the courier was not personable.
6. The tree was half out of the black bucket revealing my concern it is not pot / container grown but rather placed in a pot!
7. The tree is a very nicely shaped good looking tree - for which I am grateful - (conscious I’m sounding negative) and fits the description in your online catalogue!
7. I don’t understand why I was encouraged to purchase another bucket for the tree - since the tree doesn’t fit in it!
8. I have placed the tree outside our house - in a spot where we intend to plant it!
9. I’m sure with lights on it will look very festive - we’re dressing it with lights tomorrow with our grandchildren!
10. After Christmas my wife and I will attempt to plant the tree in the garden where hopefully it will blossom a little more and be a healthy growing tree - time will tell!
11. Thank you for advertising on line - I had not thought to look for a tree this way previously!
12. Finally - to affirm - the tree is very beautiful - I’m glad we have it - but perhaps the packing and delivery service could be improved!
