Christmas Trees Direct Avis 

My order was never delivered. The courier company failed to even attempt delivery even though I scheduled it four times. I initially received a response from Christmas Trees Direct, however they have failed to respond to my latest emails. Extremely dissappointing sevice. No Christmas present delivered, no tree, no refund and no response.

Tree stand arrived broken so I emailed them and had an immediate response and they sent out a new one which I received 2 days later. Really good customer service!

The tree was delivered with great care. Could not fault the communication. Tree beautiful and healthy. All round first class. Thank you. 🎄

7ft Norway Spruce tree arrived the first week of December and already had dead branches along the bottom. We immediately sawed a few inches off the trunk and placed it inside our stand with copious amount of water. However within days, the tree was shedding needles and was clearly cut a long time before arrival, already dying. We’ve been regularly watering the tree throughout the holiday but it was beyond saving and has lost half its needles by Christmas Day. I expected a healthy tree for the absurd amount they charged (£85). As a Canadian, I have a lot of experience with Norway Spruce and have never had such a poor quality tree not even lasting two weeks. Won’t be purchasing anything from this company in the future.

A really beautiful tree, great shape etc and arrived in perfect condition. Only downside was it not being delivered on specified date. That said, it was ahead of schedule!

The tree when it arrived was really lovely however we were informed it would arrive on Monday the 15th (no time slot). Took a day off no tree arrived so emailed Trees Direct, absolutely no apology given for the wasted day just a short reply to say the tree would be delivered the next day. The tree was not delivered the next day, another email sent, another non apologetic reply received. Finally two days late a tree did appear and it was lovely however I would not buy again as customer service is poor. Courtesy costs nothing, but not everyone possesses good communication skills.

A perfect shaped tree was delivered exactly as planned. It was well wrapped and has dropped very few needles since unpacking it. Very pleased 😌

The tree came within 24 hours (ordered last minute) it is a nice shape and colour and isn’t dropping needles. Ideal.

Lovely Christmas tree. The tree looks great and the needles have not dropped very much in the three weeks it has been up. I would definitely recommend.
