Great quality and service
I ordered online, delivery was free over 50. I got great deals. From ordering to Delivery was fast, emails on progression where great and the over all package was lovely too. Wrapped nicely with 2 free little hand or face creams. Will be ordering again.

Very big delay in delivery. You despatched 26/1/26, An Post first messaged 27/1 and I did not receive package until Wednesday 11/2!!! Very much outside usual timelines experienced previously with you.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating a delay like this can be. Your order was placed and dispatched from CH Tralee on 26/01/26. After that, it was with An Post, and according to their tracking, the delivery unfortunately experienced unexpected delays.
Once parcels are with An Post, we don’t have control over transit times, but we’re always happy to assist with tracking or any enquiries if needed.
Most parcels are usually delivered within 1–2 business days, so we’re very sorry that this wasn’t your experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
