Fantastic encounter with Cecilia from the beginning to the end. The team made sure we were respected and at ease, and the rings are stunning. I heartily suggest it to LGBTQ+ couples, as certain stores made my soon-to be husband feel really uncomfortable.

There is nothing bad I can say about this company. Truely. From customer service to the gorgeous pieces. We absolutely love our wedding rings, the staff was incredibly kind and inclusive as we had a not so good experience in another jeweler (I was with my girlfriend), making sure we felt comfortable. The ring are perfect-couldn't ask for more.

Poor customer service
I absolutely loved Chupi jewellery and have quite a few pieces. I was so disappointed with their customer service. My Chupi chain snapped which resulted in me loosing the pendants; they were a gift from my husband to represent my daughters. I emailed to see if the pendants could be bought separately, without the chain, and never received a response. I got a generic response saying they would contact me, but that never happened. I don't like shopping with a company that can’t even respond to an email when something goes wrong, especially considering the price of the pieces. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on

Extremely helpful and patient
I came in today to get ideas for my mams 50th. Cecelia was so helpful and patient with me, and let me express the idea to her. We settled on a lovely piece and I will definitely be back to get them in the next few weeks.
I’ve never had someone actually take the time to listen about my opinion when discussing about getting jewellery before.
Cannot recommend this store and Cecelia enough !!
