I'd bought from here before but wanted a dog lead that wasn't listed on the site. I contacted Church Products who replied the same day and offered to make what I wanted. It was very straight forward, I ordered the lead through the website then they adjusted it to my requirements - I asked for lighter trigger clips on a training lead. I did not pay anything extra for this which was unexpected and the lead in question was on offer at the time! Communication was great and the lead arrived soon after ordering. It's perfect by the way. I cant recommend this company enough. Helpful, excellent communication and quick to offer a bespoke solution. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you very much indeed

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic response from Jack at customer service. I made a minor enquiry which only led to a small order. However beforehand after a web query I got a quick response, including multiple emails, that allowed me to purchase the correct webbing product. I'd recommend them!

I was really pleased with the longer…
I was really pleased with the longer length double lead I purchased from church. It was well made and sturdy. The ordering process was simple and quick as was delivery. It’s perfect for giving my dog some extra length when training but still being able to adjust to the double harness when needed also. Would recommend

High quality and great designs.
I have ordered from this company in the past and been very happy with their products. I am very happy that the quality is the same. I've had 2 orders with this company and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the products I bought. Different length leads for different breeds and situations. I can't fault the quality of products and service received. I have very large, strong wolfdogs and malinois who can be reactive and 9 needs to know my leads and collars won't snap. I would not purchase from any other company
