Never got a refund

Placed an order and was then emailed saying that their payment provider went down and they won’t be sending my order. Said I would receive a refund in 10 business days, 5 months later and 10,000 excuses and still nothing!! Buyer beware

Many people advised to quit, such as it is useful and economical for health. But it doesn't work out. I found a store on the Internet. I doubted it for a very long time. Due to non delivery of 3 cartons of Marlboro I was advised that a refund would be made to my bank account at the latest 24/08/21.
NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE BY 27/08/21.
I am waiting on a response as to why the refund has NOT been made.

According to the records on file, the refund was issued on august 13 and should have been posted to your account by august 24. The confusion lays in the fact that refunds can be posted under the initial transaction date, not the date when the refund was issued.

I have opened an account but haven’t…

I have opened an account but haven’t ordered anything yet. I’m worried about possible taxes at customs shipping cigarettes to Australia. Does anyone from Australia has ordered on this site and not paid tax on their cigarettes? I would hate to get a nasty surprise.

I really liked ordering from this site

I really liked ordering from this site. The service is at a high level. If something is not clear, the support service helps.
The quality of the product is simply wonderful. I am pleased with the high range. But I've already decided on cigarettes. I will order from this site again. Everything is completely fine.
