WARNING – SCAM ALERT!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I placed an order on Decembe (shoes), but I still haven’t received my items. My multiple emails to customer service have been completely ignored – this is extremely disappointing!

I have tried to contact them more than five times, but without any response. If I don’t receive a reply soon, I will take legal action and strongly warn other customers against ordering from this company.

Ich habe am 23.12.2024 eine Bestellung im Wert von 100 € (Schuhe) aufgegeben, aber bis heute keine Ware erhalten. Meine mehrfachen E-Mails an den Kundenservice werden einfach ignoriert – eine absolute Enttäuschung!

Ich habe bereits mehr als fünfmal versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber ohne Erfolg. Sollte ich weiterhin keine Antwort erhalten, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten und andere Kunden ausdrücklich davor warnen, hier zu bestellen.

I highly recommend Cinderella Shoes! This was my first oder. They offer a huge inventory for large size shoes with endless choices. Plus, their customer support is great!

I have ordered from Cinderella shoes a couple of times and have always been very satisfied, great selection of shoes.

Extremely disappointed.. been waiting for almost 3 weeks for my bags! They kerp sending me the same update every time i email . Granted a bag full of apologies but no real update an arrival or even an estimate. Just sorry ! Its leaving me to believe this is not legit ! Extremely unhappy.

Terrible customer service

Having larger feet makes it difficult to shop in regular shoe shops. I wanted to say a big thank you to this company for providing all the information I requested. I was undecided re what size I needed in a boot as I hadn’t used Sioux brand before, so I requested width and length of a 9.5 and a 10. Brilliant and speedy communication from them and I am now in possession of a beautiful well fitting pair of boots. Many thanks.

Consistently top quality shoes and service. I have made many purchases over the years. Once or twice had to send them back because of sizing, but always dealt with so professionally. Thank you Bernie. Looking forward to ordering again soon.

I have brought several pairs of long boots from Cinderella shoes and have to say I’m extremely pleased with this company, very good quality and service I’m also familiar with the sizing in the shoe brands I purchased …Gabor and Remonte ..as I’ve had these brands before so felt confident ordering my usual size 9 43 which I normally struggle to get especially in stylish boots

If I could give zero I would.
Placed an order in error, tried to cancel, literally sent a numerous messages the next day- was completely ignored until after the 5th email I sent.
Requested to cancel the order- they refused due to the fact they said it had been dispatched but could provide me with no evidence of this!
Disgusting customer service- unsure as to the validity of the company and have contacted my bank.

Since finding Cinderella shoes, I have bought at least 4 pairs of shoes. Their range of shoes is fabulous, offering beautiful, well fitting and stylish shoes. The whole process has been brilliant everytime. Thank you everyone at Cinderella Shoes.

Having large feet and struggling to get stylish shoes (companies seem to think people with big feet need ugly footwear!) this company sounded right up my street when I did my research. I ordered 2 pairs, both in size 9 (which I usually am) one heeled pair for a wedding and one wedge pair for holidays. Sadly, they were too small when they arrived but were so lovely I thought I’d try them in a size 10. I was very impressed with the customer service I received in terms of acknowledging my return and sending me a replacement promptly. The size 10 fits perfectly. I am delighted with them and will definitely be using this company again. Although delivery and returns are not free, which is obviously not ideal, I have already been sent offers, such as free delivery and discounts on several ranges, so now that I know what size to order I hopefully won’t have to return anything again. I’d advise sizing up, if, like me, you’re a UK 9 (43)…….but it’s a 10/10 from me.

(The shoes were bought by my wife. They took the money of course. But then they decided to block Israel so there is no way to contact the customer services with any questions. So we see that we have a site that supports terrorism against jews, but not against taking our money).

A site owner causes me of telling lies. Well not going into politics like the site have chosen:
1. I am curious why you assume that my wife and myself have to use same family name.
2. How someone can write an email if they can't access the site and find the details?

Anyway, you can keep the money. And never again will I pay racists running this site.

P.S. Bernie, I hope you remember signs in NY: "no entrance for Irish" job offers with "no Irish need to apply". So Irish folks became racists now. After suffering from it. Well, way to go.

Edit: sorry, but I am not going to spend my time on terrorist supporters. (Going to the roots of antisemitism in Ireland we have to remember that Ireland was neutral during WW2 not providing any support to the coalition and sending the official condolences on the death of German dictator Adolf Hitler. I guess this was because you opposed the bombing of Dresden). Why people are even surprised. 3 countries that supported Hitler: Sweden, Ireland, Spain and arguably Norway.

Arrived on time. Boots size 9, are comfortable, stylish and a bit different. The multicoloured striped slippers are so comfy, on my feet already! Both made in Europe!

I knocked off one star because the courier they use is awful (Parcel Force/DPD), and tracking would advise me the parcel would be delivered one day, then they would attempt to deliver on a completely different day.

Otherwise, the boots I received albeit expensive, are exceptional in style, fit and quality. I have worn both pairs of boots at least once and they fit really well (size 10/44). I'm 5'10 and slim and can never find knee high boots that fit my calves as manufacturers seem to think that big feet equates to big calves which is not the case for many of us. These boots are snug on my calves, good quality leather and fit perfectly. Definitely worth the investment and much better than what LTS have to offer.

I'm so excited to find Cinderalla Shoes. Im 6ft 1 tall and a size 10 so buying shoes is ALWAYS stressful, especially stylish warm and waterproof winter boots. Every year was a struggle, but no more! The Westlsnd Fabulous is such a great name for them! They fit like a dream, are fully lined in thick toasty fake fur and fake sheepskin and arrived in less then 10 ten days. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much !

What a rip off - shoes were too big (not that nice either) and so I had to return them. It cost me £3.45 to return after they had charged £8 for the delivery by the SAME METHOD!! So why are they charging so much??
Also, they kept the £4 paypal fee... even though the transaction was cancelled!!
So the whole buying experience cost me £15.45
NEVER use them again.

Really poor quality, overpriced shoes and a poor service. They don’t refund postage costs and you have to pay for your own returns if the shoes are no good meaning you’ll be out of pocket for just trying on. The customer service was shocking - they were rude and sarcastic over email, responding to emails late at night. They’re a small business and unfortunately unprofessional and naive.

They went on to look me up on LinkedIn and email me with a sarcastic and threatening message about my own small business before asking me to amend this review. I expect there’ll be an entertaining response to this review 🍿 but really it’s quite sad and they seriously need to back away from having already tread into the realms of harassment.

A pair of shoes ordered for me as a present arrived but were too small, the Cinderella team provided the insole sizes of other pairs and helped me with the exchange process, my new order turned up and fit perfectly. Thank you.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes from them, July 19, 2021.
Nothing received and no answer to emails.
Got a reply from them today (13 aug.) and it was at Spanish postoffice now too late to get it :(
Maybe when they send something could confirm with a tracking-id.
Update: Started with 1 star now at 4 :)
Had a good email exchange with their customer service and they will resend.
Received the shoes (6 sept.). I am pleasantly surprised how their customer service handled this. A store I can 100% recommend.
