Cinemaster Pro Avis 41

Bought in August 2024 but this product never worked despite correct date & time setting and fully connected to WiFi. The plug pin then just fell off despite not being used at all but the company do not respond to queries or complaints for months, then when they do they keep asking for a video showing the defect despite sending photo of the product showing the broken plug. Disgraceful company. Avoid them and save your money for a better quality product from a more reputable company.

Put their price up for Christmas now 20 less.
Ordered one didn’t work sent it back and they will not respond or refund.
My advice don’t bye fro Facebook go to a shop where you get some sort of accountability 189 lost plus 30 to send it back.
Expensive mistake.

Disgraceful company . It arrived without the controller or joystick as advertised in the purchase. We decided it wasn’t for us and are trying to return it. They keep asked for a photo of the box contents then a video of it . They now say if we want to return it we have to pay postage to China . Absolutely disgusted with this company .

Disgraceful company.. have to contact company to return and they send you the address to return is in China however the return address on the initial packaging as delivered by Royal Mail is in Hounslow .. terrible company and item

Cine Master is not transparent on the return policy. No return labels provided.
Let customers know how to return and the terms & conditions.
Let customers know they have to return to China and they have to pay for the shipping cost

Just a dropshipping website do not buy on it. Same product on amazon for less than 60€ !

Completely average piece of kit. You get what you pay for.
So annoyed I fell for this garbage.
Poor quality, annoying to keep changing settings and zoom. Doesn’t work unless your room is pitch black.

Happy with the projector though I wish the return policy was clearer. That said the support team helped me out and the quality of the projector has been a solid experience for us.

This is a scam. The company no longer exists. If you buy, your money is GONE!

Have sent a number of e mails after trying to return cinnamon pro it says no quibble returns, not the case I was eventually told to return the product to China and then told I could have a £ 20 refund if I kept the item, I was so fed up with email them I agreed to this but I t hasn’t been credited to my account I am thinking of just giving up contacking them an writing it of as a loss

I ordered one on 9/17/24 for my grandchildren's room and it's now 10/16/24 and I have still not received the product. Shipping continually shows Fairfield, NJ and hasn't changed in almost a month. I've sent several e-mails with no response. I'd say definite scam!!!

This company has dissolved. Their website does not even have their information or even an (correct) address. They also closed a similar company last year. Why are trustpilot even letting these people use this site? You’re helping people get scammed

Horrible product, contacted company and same horrible customer service. They want me to pay for shipping all the way to China? Why would I need to pay if their product is not as described? This is ridiculous. Is there a way to report this company?

Projector didn't work on arrival. Customer service awful!!
Unable to get a refund or replacement, just get an email saying plug it into different socket as if I am stupid.!

Utter rubbish do not buy.

I never got my product. It says that it has been delivered but it was not on my adress the day the recept says.. I tried to find af solution with cinemaster pro, but they are asking me to do alot of things and call the delivery firm to clear if they got it.. long proces and after a while, I bought likely projector my self from china (TEMU) 1000 dkr less and it was the same produkt as the picture at cinemaster-pro.com.. The produkt you see at cinemaster-pro.com is not likely because It is different pic's on there home cite.. They go for your money and not the god experience for the costumers - over price product..

The picture isn't very clear and it doesn't pair with any of our Mac or Anroid products so we wanted to return it, as per their policy which claims free returns within 30 days if you're not satisfied for any reason, no questions asked.

We contacted the company to return it. It turns out they are completely dishonest about their policy. Not only did they ask questions about why we're returning it, but they also say we must pay ourselves to send it all the way back to CHINA and they list all these conditions for receiving the refund: "We need a tracking number for your parcel, which we can use to determine the return date of your goods. Please note the following: 1) If you return the product to us without providing us with a tracking number, your right of withdrawal expires; 2) The withdrawal of the purchase contract expires after 30 days from the date on which you received our product. Please hurry with the processing of the return and adhere to the specified period, otherwise your right of withdrawal will expire. 3) The value of the product will only be refunded if we receive the product in its original packaging and unused."

This completely contradicts what they claim on their website. Therefore, BEWARE before buying because the return policy is very misleading and dishonest.

Purchased this Cinemaster Pro and it does not work. Netflix does not work. I contacted them and they asked me to update Netflix, I did as suggested and it still doesn’t work. I asked them to send me a label for refund which they refused asking me to send back on my own cost to China. They will give refund only when they receive it. It is not fair to pay £150 for a faulty product.
I have asked them to give me full refund or a unit that works properly, but still waiting a reply.
I will advise everyone, not to buy this product. It is just a very poor quality.
