Circa Events Avis 

Circa recently catered for our wedding and they were incredible from start to finish. Communication in the run up to the wedding was excellent. Set up before the day went smoothly. On the day, Circa's Claire was outstanding as an experience, unflappable linchpin for the wedding.

The food was incredible with great reviews from all our guests. Food came out hot (not tepid). Beef was tender it fell apart. Camembert as the veggie starter was the envy of many. Pizza van for the evening food went down a treat.

Even with extremes of weather (heatwave and thunderstorms in the same day) Circa provided a high quality service and they deserve all the credit for creating a magical wedding day. We would recommend them to anyone considering getting married or having an event in the South East area.

Circa Events were great! Right from the beginning they were friendly, open, honest, helpful and relaxed. Everything was explained well and clearly from the start. I had loads of questions throughout the process from how many guests we were having to if the dogs were allowed on site and all of these were answered for me quickly and clearly. The details of the day were gone over again and again and nothing was too much trouble for Circa to sort out for us, even when we had very last minute changes to make they just sorted it. On set up day they were also a great help and walked us through the whole day step by step to make sure everything was all OK and again nothing was too much trouble for them to facilitate. One the day itself again they were all brilliant, everything went smoothly and when there was a small hiccup I mentioned it and it was immediately sorted with minimal fuss to the point others did not even notice. We would highly recommend Circa Events to others they were brilliant! Very friendly and relaxed but remaining professional at all times too. Thank you Circa Events!

Circa Events catered our recent 60th Birthday gathering with really delicious canapes. Every aspect was very smoothly organised by a lovely team . Made the evening very special.

We had our staff Christmas party here - the venue was beautiful, the staff were attentive and professional, and the food was to such a high quality. I’d recommend The barn to anyone!

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Circa, right from our first discussions through to tastings and on our actual wedding day the service was excellent. We had to rearrange our wedding 3 times as well because of COVID and Circa really helped to make the process so easy and stress free. The quality of the food was fantastic that it made choosing our menu choices so hard as we wanted it all!! All our guests commented too on how good the portions sizes were - none of this tiny portions leaving everyone hungry and wanting more. Management of our wedding on the day (led by Gemma) was great too, everything just seemed to be under control and sorted and nothing was too much trouble and support in advance from the office (Liv & then Sara) was fab, she was always very responsive and a rationale voice behind the scenes! Thank you Circa and I would highly recommend them.

Wake for our mother arranged with helpful staff answering queries and personalising it. Catering was excellent and venue welcoming with free parking.
