I've just had my flat roof repaired by two lovely gentleman this morning. So polite and very helpful made me feel very comfortable as I know nothing about roofs. Would highly recommend this company

Roof Recovers
We recovered 2 areas of roof in new single-ply. C.I. Services did a great job from material delivery thru the end of the projects. Great follow-up, no surprises, and an excellent finish product.

Roof Maintenance
For the past several years, we have C.I. Services do annual maintenance on our roof and to date, we have never had to deal with roof leaks. So many things can (and do) go wrong when you own a home. They provide us with peace of mind.

The roofers arrived on time and they worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job. Friendly, professional and thorough. Nothing to complain about and a lot to be grateful for a job well done.

Hi Clay, thank you for responding to our service rating request. As the owner of C. I. Services, it is very disheartening to have a customer rate us as a one-star performer. I would like to personally apologize for your feelings of poor service. I can obviously see that you were upset by our team's lack of response to you. That would upset me as well.
As this is not how we perform here at CIS, I looked into this situation to make sure I understood your concern better. It appears that we did communicate our availability to you during the heavy rains this last December, but our timing was not what you had hoped for at that time. Again, my apologies that we were not able to be on site sooner than we had promised. I can see that we did complete the work and I believe that it was all performed properly. If there remains any issue with the work we performed, please call my office and let me know. I take our performance and service concerns very seriously and want to make sure we have completed everything we promised and performed it correctly for you.
Lastly, I would like the opportunity to work with you again if possible, and would appreciate another chance to turn you into a 5-Star customer. Thanks again for bringing this concern to my attention. Bill Baley - Owner of C. I. Services, Inc.
Our roof was blown off by a wind storm
Our roof was blown off by a wind storm. Somehow C.I. Services fit us in before the rains and got it watertight. There efforts are appreciated.

23 Restaurants and C.I. Services will always be my #1 choice
C.I. Services is prompt and professional and have same day service when applicable. Scheduling work is fast and easy. They have never failed to find the problem spot/area and cleanup is never an issue.
I've been using C.I. Services for some time now and with good reason.

We are a loyal customer of C.I.Services!
My company has been a client of C.I.Services for a number of years. They replaced the roof of our commercial building and have provided annual maintenance of it since. During a recent storm, we detected a leak in our roof. I contacted C.I.Services and they had two technicians here within an hour. I was amazed, knowing that they were probably inundated with emergency calls. The technicians worked in the pouring rain, yet never did I feel they were rushing through the repair or annoyed at having to work in inclement conditions. They were courteous, patient, and efficient. With C.I.Services, I feel like my business is important to them, and I appreciate our long-term business relationship!
