We book order by 8pm today. We choose to Deliver around 11pm to 1am. We paid Already. Suddenly the Driver said Out of Location. Your Service Sucks 👎👎👎

Quick delivery but not full order
While the delivery was quick I only received a quarter of my order and when I tried to follow up no one answered the call and I tried taking to an agent online. Waited for 10 mins before I gave up both times. No one called me back but there was a message asking me to “check the boxes!!!! I only received 1. There should have been more. Let’s see if they will actually reach out and solve this!!!

They've got different rules with every delivery. Always a problem. So much so, that the delivery guy wadn't allowed to carry my delivery. I had to carry it myself. And every time there are changes. I would rather travel to JMK than rely on City Drinks next time.

These people are scammers
These people are scammers. As many other shops they play with false advertisement. They inflate the original price and then show massive discounts. I appreciate the local rules are allowing this but I feel offended as a consumer. They do false advertisement on the refer a friend campaign but not mentioning at all what the bonus you get can be used for snd you end up with 5 aed discount rather than 20%. Scammers.
